445 CCs Under the Muscle with Breast Lift

WORTH IT
I love my new set of boobs. I went with 445cc under the muscle along With a donut lift. My sutures from my lift on my left boob did get infected so I had to remove them. My areola ended up being bigger then I expected but no biggy. I’m now 5 months post-op and I started noticing a indention on my left side inner chest. I’ve also noticed a wave under my Areola when lying down. I'm considering getting that checked out and ask about my options on fixing it. Other than that I love them.

May 12 marked a year since I received my implants. I feel like my boobs fall to the side and my nipples are to high when I lay down from the donut lift I received . I also have an Indention in my chest and I feel like my implants just don’t look normal. WhAt could be the reason for this

My doctor told me that it's very important to wear a bra 24/7. I wear a bra while sleeping, exercising, going out, and pretty much all the time besides when I'm showering. When you sleep, breasts naturally go to the side. Without a bra for support at night time, the implants can start to sag towards the side. That's my thinking.

Your pocket size may be to big? Mine were before my revision..
I also wear a bra almost 24/7 even when sleeping.

Yes, definitely the wearing a bra 24/7 even while sleeping. My surgeon was also very specific about what bra I wore while sleeping so the implant would not move

For those of you who say wear a bra 24/7, how long do you have to do this for?

I'm guessing your pocket is to big. Mine was before revision. I also have internal bra with permanent sutures to hold them in place. I wear a bra almost 24/7 even with that, but I no longer sleep with one on (usually-sometimes I do). To answer the question above about for how long - forever.
