I have been wanting a lip lift for years! I have tried every lip plumper, gimmick and/or gadget. I’ve tried fillers from 1 to 2 syringes and even tried the Botox “lip flip/pop”. For me... nothing helped! After doing much research I wasn’t able to find anyone in Nor Cal area with reviews or pics. Until, Dr. Perry. I went in for consult and here I am. His staff was caring and friendly and Dr. Perry was so knowledgeable and understanding... so far so good but will keep updating. Updated on 18 Feb 2019: Very happy with my results. Still don’t have my smile all the way back yet. My upper lip is still tight, a little numb and a little stiff but it gets better everyday. It seems like there’s a little opening just below the center of my nose where stiches May have come out/opened but dr says it should get better. Now I am going to be honest, I may go in for a revision. My dr didn’t do anything wrong. He was amazing but to be safe, he was a little more conservative than I would have liked. He advised that it was best to take what he believed was the right amount, because I could have a revision if I wanted more. It Would be difficult to correct if too much taken. I agreed and I trust him. I am waiting to see final result, maybe I’m just getting lip greedy. But we will see.... I am loving it though! Updated on 8 May 2019: Here’s my 5 month post op. I am happy with results but honestly I was hoping for more dramatic. So going in for revision tomorrow. He’s going to use an additional technique to give me the fuller side lip.
After having 3 kids and gaining and losing weight over the years, I finally got serious and changed the way I ate and started taking better care of myself. But even after years of cardio and strength training there were areas on my body that just wouldn’t change. I made several appointments with area plastic surgeons to get recommendations as well as quotes for what I wanted done. Some were prohibitively expensive and some were just rude. I had almost decided to put off the idea again when a friend advised me to go see Dr. Perry. I made an appointment at Chrysalis Cosmetics and I’m so happy I took that advice. Dr. Perry and his staff have been wonderful to me from my first appointment, pre-surgery appointments, surgery and all through my follow ups. Dr. Perry performed an extended tummy tuck, a breast lift with implants, liposuction and brachioplasty. I am so happy with the results and have a new appreciation for my body and greater self-confidence. When I see people I haven’t seen lately, they take a second look to be sure it’s really me. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the nurses and assistants and billing, are so friendly and caring (I’m reluctant to name names for fear of leaving someone out). Each time I’m there, I’m treated like the most important person in the office. They are so patient when you have questions, concerns, or just pre-surgery anxiety, they are supportive and thorough. Since my surgery, I find myself looking in the mirror more often compared to before my surgeries, I avoided the mirror. I know how frustrating it is to work so hard dieting and exercising but still feel like your efforts aren’t producing results. Dr. Perry and his staff have been major players in helping me get closer to my goals. I still have some other work to do and when I’m ready to do it, Dr. Perry is who I’ll chose to do the procedures.
I am 38 and I had a tummy tuck, butt lift, boob reduction, and fat transfer to my butt. I had an amazing experience with Dr Perry. Very professional and was able to make me look like very pretty just like I expected.
So I had a big breast before kids, I was a D/DD , after breast-feeding and getting into lifting weights, and losing body fat, I lost valley my breast and it just never came back no matter how many chest exercise I did. So I thought I would for sure need a lift but my surgeon said I didn't need one because my nipples were centered and we're not pointing down, he just advise that I get a bigger impact to fill out the skin and give me volume. I first I was super nervous because I thought they were going to be huge, but I am very excited and very please with the results!! Now I have more value in my breast, and they still have the teardrop natural look to them. My surgery was great, just the decision wasn’t the greatest for meUpdated on 12 Jan 2020: Update with photos , from after surgery to after they dropped and were heavy , It will be two years this April since I’ve had him, once he drops they were heavy and Un comfortable....... so soon as I can afford it I’m getting them taken outUpdated on 15 Jan 2020: *********** Sorry had to star a whole other update just to post this picture ........So the result of the surgery after the implants fluffed dropper she settled , definitely could have used a lift !!!!!!!!!!!
What a blessing it was to find Dr. Perry and his wonderful team. After having a monsplasty and abdominal liposuction performed with Dr. Perry, I was so happy with the results that I wanted him to also perform my breast augmentation. During my check up, I went ahead and booked my appointment to have the Silicone "Gummy Bear" implants. The results came out beautiful! I had a 560cc placed in my right breast and a 580cc placed in my left to even them out. I am beyond satisfied with my breasts. Dr. Perry has an eye for perfection! The care that I received afterwards by Dr. Perry and his beautiful staff was amazing. They continued to ensure that I was happy with my results and were always available to answer any questions. Also, the recovery was a breeze (it was almost too easy). I will definitely continue to meet with Dr. Perry and his Team to address my future needs!
Today I went in for my first botox treatment and I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, patience, and knowledge of Dr. Perry and his staff! I'm so excited to see my end results. I was initially hesitant on the thought of getting treatment, but thought I'd give it a try, and now I'm definitely going to continue seeing Dr. Perry, I won't even attempt to go anywhere else!
My experience with Dr.Perry and his staff thoroughly exceeded my expectations. From the very first time I made a phone call, to my actual first visit, Laura was positive and so very helpful in resolving every doubt I had. Sarah is the sweetest receptionist and I literally had not one issue getting a call back from her if I needed attention or had a concern. Vicky I believe is their RN, she was nothing short of awesome, consistently following up with me and showing genuine care for how my recovery went along any time I saw her in the facility. The staff truly strives to make you feel very at home and welcome at all times. There was not one I felt odd or uncomfortable, even while completely naked. Every person that works there is as sweet as they are careful and consistent their professionalism, yet they are friendly and approachable. The facilities themselves are impeccable and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see someone. In all, my body looks so different in so little time, if i had to do it all again I would again pick this place and it's staff, no doubt about it.
I was referred to Dr. Perry by a close friend and I am so happy to have met him and his staff! They are so kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. I will never go to another office! Shanna, Sarah l aura and vickie are always so helpful also.
I've always had large breasts, and after multiple pregnancies, breastfeeding and weight loss and gain I finally made the decision to have a breast lift & aug. because I was really bothered by what I saw in the mirror. The process was a bit scary, but everyday gets better & better! I'm so happy I did it, I look 10 pounds lighter and feel like I have beautiful boobs again:) Updated on 28 Feb 2017: I am so glad I was prepared by all of the pictures and experiences I had seen on this app, because it's a scary site! I am on week 2 right now, stitches are out and starting to feel like me again!
This will be a revision as my first BA turned out smaller than I expected. Not only so left is fuller than the other. Looking to go 100CC or bigger as I lean out quickly. Wasn't too happy and looking to have a fuller effect. Looking foward to the end result as I know the process should be easier the 2nd time around. Updated on 2 Feb 2017: Simple and easy. Nothing as of yet but it is day one. I did go for the 485cc - left and 555cv - right. So far it looks good. Need to add photo updates later as I am keeping my bra on for 48-72 hour. Updated on 6 Feb 2017: So far it's been ok. *knock on wood* happy with my results. I have some bruising but have been using my bff aspercreme to minimize it all. Day 4 an ant bruises have been diminishing very well. Being this is my 2nd BA; and I was too lean when I went with the 375CC; now it's good. Let's see how the swelling goes down after a few months. I baby the heck out of my girl's day and night. Btw, went back to work today and was able to host the super bowl party at our house too! I. Am say I am happy. And without my Lovebug; voicing what I was afraid to say...thank you very much. Updated on 6 Feb 2017: Just do you can see why I decided to do a revision Updated on 7 Feb 2017: My first BA was 6 months ago and seeing what happened; my Dr and I were determined to make it symmetrical rather than just look fuller and bigger. He did a threat job!!! I used to work out hard core. Gym 5 days a week: 1 hour of cardio and 1.5 house lifting weights. After my first BA; I was so discouraged. Now I feel like I have myself back and cannot wait to get back to the gym!! Updated on 8 Feb 2017: Just an update in how my girls are doing. Still waiting for it to settle down. I started massaging my breast so it. An start to feel not so hard and more real. Of course I'm careful of the incisions. My bruise has gone down very well. My right is still a big higher than my left but I can work with that as I still have time. I see my Dr this Thursday does follow up and we'll go frm there. Thanks all! Pls feel free to tell me what i do or do not know as I am learning frm all this. Thanks in advance! Updated on 9 Feb 2017: Here are some photos of my first BA. I went frm being 135lbs to 115lb. Lost body fat down to 15% frm 28%. I was at a 34b then went down to nothing. My breast have been stretched so my procedure and recovery was so easy. Even after my 2nd BA now; I hosted the super bowl party. I'm at my 1 week post op today; seeing my follow up later this afternoon. Updated on 9 Feb 2017: Very happy with my new girls! Dr Perry did work! Pls remember that the girls are still settling so these pics are what I took today at my check up. Updated on 14 Feb 2017: Update; so far the itching, swelling, bruising, and waking up mid nights are lessening only because of ASPERCREME!! I've used it around my breasts no where near my incisions or nipple. It helps so Ice with icing your chest especially at night. Having packs of ice packets in top of your support bra. Every few hours a day....just some aspercreme and it helped for at least 6-8 hours for me. I do need to take a nude photo soon to show u all. But here are my updates..taken today at work with no itching or icing issues! Updated on 17 Feb 2017: Here's an update after 2 weeks. I healed quickly. Bruisers are all gone and my incisions are not bruised anymore either. I did use aspercreme to help with the bruising. And it helped with the icing at night for sleep. Just around my areas needed. Does it matter what cream to use in my incision scar? I had tried regular neosporin for scarring and it went well. Was thinking about it again since it's enclosed now. Any ideas? I am liking how my breasts look so far. In anyone sees or knows of any different pls let me know. I'm new into this an swoosh greatly appreciate any guidance. Updated on 18 Feb 2017: Taken after my daily morning showers; I have been taking 2 showers a day to have the heat frm the hot shower simulate my breast to release some of the tension and firmness. I also massage them while under the warm water as it helps eases the massaging. Got tips on how to massage frm my Dr. So far, off all pain meds. Started working out, doing only legs, glutes, and cardio. No upper body whatsoever. Hard part, clean eating & leaning back up!! Lol need that body to match my new girls! Updated on 20 Feb 2017: My left is settling more than my right...still massaging and waiting. Hoping in time, my right will settle better than my last BA. Still too early to tell. *Crossing fingers* Updated on 25 Feb 2017: A few days after 3 weeks post op. I'm starting to worry that my left is dropping more than my right. Is it too early to tell? My right is 545CC full profile...shouldn't it drop more through time? Or am I just worrying too soon? I wait 6 months my first time and def saw the difference. It was when I started to not wear the sports bras or any bras then my left completely started dropping and my right moved a bit only. Help?! Too soon to tell? Don't wanna freak out yet...pls help! Updated on 18 Mar 2017: I am now 6 weeks post op. Saw my doc earlier in the week so far it's good. Ask him how I can prevent dropping of my left side just in case because is what happen last time. He said I need to wear and underwire bra during the day and can be braless at night. Went for a bra fitting and this time experience was much better as the staff def took her time to help me get fitted right and find a comfy bra. I am now a 30DDDD as last time I was a 30EEE. Let's see what happens in the next few months. Updated on 15 Apr 2017: Looking good and I'm trying my best to not let it drop so much as I have found my skin is not as firm as others (I am other too). Wearing wired bras everyday to "train" it from dropping too much. So far so good. Hitting the gym hard for a month an a half now. Hoping to get the results I want..I have 3-4 months to go for the real thang! Thanks! Updated on 9 May 2017: So far I'm happy with the girlies! Going on vacay this wkend and bikini shopping trw. Update photos! Completely happy and content!!!
Have you researched any Obagi products? They are specifically designed for helping with dark pigmentation problems. They have hydroquinone in them that pairs great with Retin-A
I recommend a consultation at an office that specializes in this type of treatment. Coolsculpting does reduce fat in the upper arm area, however, if the area being treated is larger than the applicator you may not get the desired results.
After the swelling fully subsides from your previous lipo I would recommend researching z wave therapy. We use the zimmer after every Coolsculpting patient as well as after our Lipo patients. It gives a much more even result.
After having a full 2ml injected in your lips there should be a substantial difference. I recommend you try lip implants or even possibly fat injections from your own body. You may metabolize filler a little quicker then most people.
Swelling can last anywhere from 1 to two weeks depending on your body reaction. If after the first few weeks your lips are still to big there is a reversal that can be injected.
