WORTH IT$3,500
Here’s my 5 month post op. I am happy with results but honestly I was hoping for more dramatic. So going in for revision tomorrow. He’s going to use an additional technique to give me the fuller side lip.

Very happy with my results. Still don’t have my smile all the way back yet. My upper lip is still tight, a little numb and a little stiff but it gets better everyday. It seems like there’s a little opening just below the center of my nose where stiches May have come out/opened but dr says it should get better. Now I am going to be honest, I may go in for a revision. My dr didn’t do anything wrong. He was amazing but to be safe, he was a little more conservative than I would have liked. He advised that it was best to take what he believed was the right amount, because I could have a revision if I wanted more. It Would be difficult to correct if too much taken. I agreed and I trust him. I am waiting to see final result, maybe I’m just getting lip greedy. But we will see.... I am loving it though!

Pretty much no scar at all.

About how long was the scar super visible? How long until you can cover with makeup and go unnoticed? I am scheduled for a lip lift next month and am trying to plan out my work schedule!

There is a picture in this thread that is 3 weeks post and there is no visible scar. As soon as the stitches came out it was pretty unnoticeable. But probably a month or two until I could complete cover it with make up. Honestly the swelling took longer to go away than the “wound” (scar)

I have been wanting a lip lift for years! I have tried every lip plumper, gimmick and/or gadget. I’ve tried fillers from 1 to 2 syringes and even tried the Botox “lip flip/pop”. For me... nothing helped! After doing much research I wasn’t able to find anyone in Nor Cal area with reviews or pics. Until, Dr. Perry. I went in for consult and here I am. His staff was caring and friendly and Dr. Perry was so knowledgeable and understanding... so far so good but will keep updating.

This will turn out great. How many mms were taken off?

I believe 6mm, I went in for my pre-op for the revision and he said it has stretched a little and so I believe he said hes going to take off 5 mm this next time and hes going to do a modified corner lift. I go in for revision this week.

Not really... he took 5 or 6 initially. But when I went back for my revision preop he said it had stretched a bit more than normal. So he said he Would be taking 5 mm this time. I didn’t ask him how much it had pulled/stretched. I will try to ask for more specifics when I go in for my revision tomorrow.
