I am in the exact same situation mine look a lot like yours I am just going to save up and get the lift you should do the same once all the excess breast tissue is removed and skin is tightened you will have a nice rounded shape and nothing hanging below the implant feeling heavy. it took 8 months for mine to finally show a clear picture of what the problem was/IS my real breast tissue that is being blocked by my saggy real boobs! errrgh!!! my god!!! ALMOST PERFECT EXCEPT for under the muscle which causes the natural breast to literally cascade off the implant and pectoral muscle would have been better over the muscle so at least the implant and tissue would unite instead of being two separate forms./shapes anyway I FEEL YA believe me! very upsetting for me. good luck but consider a lift leaving the implants inue is sagging in front of the implant and looks like a photo with 2 images in one! in front you see my ugly saggy natural breast and behind that you can see a nice round breast

Wow!! Did you have chest discomfort from them being so heavy ? Because I’ve been suffering from what feels like a pulled chest muscle along with my right upper shoulder hurting constantly :((

Is it the size 450 cc plus sub muscular that cause them to separate and drop like that? What would the recommendation be for 500cc or larger?
January 29, 2020
Yes larger would have filled them out but I didn’t want big boobs I just wanted to fill the skin :( that’s why they look that way
January 19, 2020
Wow didn't expect this.. they looked great! Sorry that you have to go thru this, thank You for sharing!

Can you post a few more? I’m worried mine is going to look like this. I don’t want the scar from the lift either though
January 29, 2020
I’ll try to get some more photos , but they will if you don’t get a lift , I’m getting a lift either way I was scared of the scars but my mother in law had a lift and she healed nicely , honestly I was so against the lift but it was a big mistake!! Id do it , I wouldn’t be in this situation if I had :) hope that helps

Hey there! They actually look amazing.. i’m sorry they’ve become so heavy.. it must be really uncomfortable... do you mind me asking what were your stats before your implants? Bwd? Ht and weight if possible? My surgery is a month away.. and i’m scared of the size
January 16, 2020
Hi , yes I was about 150, 5’6 , I recommend a lift if they looked like mine , the implant filled them out but they are so heavy I’m constantly in pain
:(
January 16, 2020
They really are not that big to be that uncomfortable. I think you may just have buyers regret. It happens.
January 16, 2020
Hi , no I’m pretty sure it’s the implants , it’s been 8 months that I’ve been dealing with this discomfort , my surgeon said they are probly to heavy for my chest , and I might need to go smaller :((
January 16, 2020
Ahh or maybe he made the pockets too small so they r tight, and its tight yur feeling? I would maybe get a second opinion by different dr just to know. Good luck

** Update**

So everything is OK in the beginning, but last May I started having chest soreness, I thought it was from a work out, When I didn’t get better after week I went into the urgent care because he thought I was having a heart attack, but all the test came back clear and the x-rays came back clear,Doctor supposed to be it’s a muscle issue, but it’s been over eight months, and the chest tightness and soreness is still there, I think that I should have had a Lyft and P plant Doctor says to me it’s a muscle issue, but it’s been over eight months, and the chest tightness and soreness is still there, I think that I should have had a lift and The implants or just too big to lean down on my breast, especially because there’s a lot of tissue left, so now I have to save up in order to have them removed :((. My surgery was great, just the decision wasn’t the greatest for me

Please look up breast implant illness. I hope you can get them explanted. Be sure to have an en block explant. That’s important for a full recovery.
January 16, 2020
