22 Y/o Female, 34A to Apprx. 34D with 350cc Silicone Implants, Under the Muscle

Hey! I figured I'd write a review because of how much I stalked other peoples reviews while waiting to get my breast aug. I loved reading detailed reviews with plenty of pictures, so thats what I'm gonna try to do here! I am 22 years old, roughly 5'7 and approx. 130 lbs. I was a 34a/32b before my procedure and I wanted to be around a full C/small D with a natural shape & look. I went with Dr. Galanis for my surgery because I followed him on Instagram forever so I always saw his beautiful work and he worked out of both Chicago (where I live) and LA, where he works alongside Paul Nassif!! And I'm a RHOBH freak so that means a lot to me, lol. We decided to do between 300-350ccs in the initial consultation, which made me nervous at first. 350 sizers felt huge! But he reassured me that it would fit my body type and look I was going for. My left side has a 325 and my right has 350, because that side had a slightly smaller boob to begin with. It's been 2 and a half weeks since my surgery and I'm already sooo pleased with them. The right is still slightly higher up and less rounded on the bottom- which is expected bc the dominant hand side usually drops slower and it also has the bigger implant- but it's barely noticeable naked and not at all in clothes. They feel soft and amazing and I have had no pain since like week one.The pain was honestly no big deal, you just have to kinda lay in bed and take your pain meds for the first 5 or so days, which is honestly kinda fun, lol. It's an excuse to lay in bed watching Netflix while drugged out all week! And everyone makes food for you and brings you things! I was very swollen for the first week and a half and had crazy torpedo nipples and tons of upper pole swelling, but thats going down a lot now. I still have upper pole fullness and crazy nipples, but not nearly as bad! I will post more pics as I continue to drop and fluff! Let me know if you have questions!
