WORTH IT
Hi! It’s crazy to say that it has been over a year since my surgery. Still love my body and have no regrets. My weight has fluctuated a bit due to life (I think most of us understand pandemic weight issues) but even with gaining a few pounds my body looks great. I’m back at the gym and working on myself a bit more these days. Thought I would pop in and leave a few update photos from the past few months.

I dress however I want, I hope you’re not teaching your kids to bully people on the internet, that’s the real disappointment these days. Your poor children.

Girl you look fuckin amazing and be proud of it!! You deserve to look your best especially for sacrificing your body to children! Don't give a damn what haters think!! We only got 1 life to live!! Do what makes you happy!!

I'm looking into getting a body makeover. I already have 800cc implants which have sagged over time due to weight gain and breastfeeding and have since gained weight around midsection. How was the 360vaser lipo experience for you? In all how much did it cost?

Thanks girl! The experience was a little rough, having the 360 lipo and fat transfer was a lot during the healing process but I’m really happy with my results. I paid around 17k$ total. I feel like I’m going to need to get a breast lift again too, I thought I was done having kids when I got my boobs done. Whoops! Hahah

In regards to healing, how was that with a BBL and lipo to tummy since you can't really sleep on back or front? $17k is not bad for all of that. Would you say it was worth it?

So, you have to sleep on your stomach. It definitely wasn’t the best sleep of my life for a few weeks. Lol I think it was worth it, I had a consult with another surgeon who was much cheaper but I just wasn’t super impressed with his work. If you’re going to invest in your body you have to make sure you’re seeing a surgeon who can give you what you want! Dr. Galanis is an amazing surgeon and a really personable and friendly guy.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Yes I completely agree on investing in your body!! Take care! Stay amazingly beautiful!

This recovery has taken a bit longer than I thought! I still have some numbness & tightness in my midsection, it’s sllloowwllyy improving but not really affecting my life at this point. I’ve had a hard time exercising due to covid & being home with my kids all the time. Trying to get out of the house & walk as much as I can but I know when I’m able to get back in the gym my result will be even better. :)
One of these after photos shows that my belly isn’t perfectly flat but I opted not to do a tummy tuck so I expected that from having 2 babies. I’m hoping with a lot of planking and core work I can get it more flat!

Your pre body is very similar to mine now. I hate my flanks and back fat! You look amazing and very natural. I love it! How even is your lipo on your stomach?

You look really good! Have you had "fluffing" yet? Is your butt completely soft?
November 13, 2020
wow your results are perfection. we seem to have the same "before" bod, do you mind me asking if you've been told you need a tummy tuck? I feel like I only need lipo for my goals but the last surgeon I saw told me I actually need a tummy tuck. Not sure if he was just upselling me, he was very pushy.

I’m sorry I didn’t reply sooner, I didn’t see your comment! A tummy tuck was suggested for me but Dr. Galanis also thought I could get a good result without one, and I did! :) I did opt to do renuvion which is for skin tightening.

Would you recommend Jplasma for tightening?

You look great! How much was the procedure?

Pricing depends on your body, time in the OR, your particular procedure, and your consult with the doctor but I paid around 18k.

would love to know if full sensation has returned now? and how you are looking?
User Avatar

Yes! I have full sensation. I think I look pretty good! Lol I did gain a little weight during COVID but I’ve been back In the gym the last few months and am getting it back. Even having gained a few, my stomach is flat and I look proportional.

I’m 4 weeks post op now & I no longer need my foam garment & only need my other compression at night for the next 2 weeks. I have a Skims waist trainer and spanx that I will be wearing during the day most of the time. I’m still stiff in my midsection, my range of motion is a little off, and because I’m still having nerves reconnect where I had lipo my midsection is sensitive still. Still have some minor swelling. Looking forward to my end result! :)

Congratulations! How are your clothes fitting? Did you go down a size a all?
User Avatar

My belly is smaller by like 6 inches, but my hips are a bit bigger. Some of my jeans that were too tight on my midsection before fit now & the ones that fit before are too loose.

Hi,
Firstly you look fantastic but here is my concern..
Another surgeon on here said not to have Vaser for BBL as it kills the fat before it’s injected so a BBL is no good with Vaser?
Did you lose a lot of fat?
Thank you

Thank you! & No, I retained more than average in my opinion! Dr. G does a lot of vaser lipo and fat transfers and has success. If you look at my pre and post op photos you’ll see that I had good retention. :) best of luck to you!
