Breast augmentation revision with fat grafting

Dr. Galanis decided the morning of surgery that to get the best results, he believed fat grafting would be a great option. He did a bilateral fold reconstruction with muscle/tissue repair, and reinforced the new fold so that the implants do not go below the incision site. Fat grafting from my inner thighs to the lower pole of my breasts. He used Natrelle Soft Touch 650 cc SSX profile implants. I am so anxious to see how they settle. Really hoping the outcome is similar to my goal photos.
