This review is so overdue! I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant with Dr. Aynehchi. From first meeting, it was clear that he was not like other surgeons. He didn't push anything on me, he listened to every single thing I said, answered every question with thought and thoroughness, and was most of all, so kind and honest. I want to stress how scary any surgery, especially something elective and cosmetic can be. There is a huge emotional toll that comes after any physical changes to your body. My surgery was no exception. Dr. Aynehchi really stuck by me, saw me countless times, and continued to support me long after most doctors would have during my recovery. My results are natural and beautiful, and speak for themselves, but my biggest takeaway from this experience was that you need a doctor that you can truly trust. I'm so thankful for Dr. Aynehchi for all that he has done for me.
