So Grateful for Dr. Aynehchi

For the past 16 years of my life, I have absolutely hated my nose. At some point in my teenage years, I sustained a couple of facial injuries while playing soccer and wearing prescription glasses. This led to a very pronounced dorsal hump, which drained just about every ounce of confidence that I had growing up. I'd practice the best way to angle my face for photos to avoid a poorly cast nose shadow, tilt my head to the side when walking by people on the street so they wouldn't notice the large lump on my face; I'd gone so far as to not even dress up as a witch for Halloween, in fear that someone might point out the fact that my nose was perfect for the role. After getting engaged last fall, I decided that I wanted to feel as beautiful as possible on my wedding day, but that was never going to happen without rhinoplasty. It sounds so incredibly vain, but I couldn't fathom looking back at my wedding photos and hating them or feeling insecure about walking down the aisle just because of my nose. Looking for a plastic surgeon was a bit overwhelming, especially being so close to Beverly Hills, so I researched doctors quite a bit before I found Dr. Aynehchi - and let me tell you, all those glowing reviews are 100% accurate. I was nervous going into my first appointment, as I didn't know what to expect, but those nerves quickly subsided when Dr. Aynehchi walked in and we started going over my concerns and expectations. His bedside manner is excellent, I never once felt rushed or like I was just another patient to him; he took the time to listen to my input all the way from the edited photo to the surgery room. I didn't know what to expect with the healing process, given the extensive amount of work that was done, but I can honestly say that it was a breeze. The first few days are (tolerably) uncomfortable, but by day 4 I felt completely normal. I had very minimal swelling the first couple of mornings, and hardly any bruising. After a week, the nerves came back when it was time for cast removal, as I expected a swollen potato to pop out from underneath the cast; however, it was everything I could have hoped for. Yes, there was and still is a little bit of swelling, but from that moment I no longer hated my nose. In fact, it is everything that I asked for - very natural, no ski slope or upturned nostrils, fits my face perfectly - just a nice, straight nose, that I can officially say that I love. Although Dr. Aynehchi is charging a lot less than local plastic surgeons, that does not say anything about his work. He is incredibly professional, and it is clear that he cares about the work he is doing. If you are considering having work done by Dr. Aynehchi, but are having a hard time making up your mind, this is your sign to do it. You will absolutely not be disappointed.
