Hi m20783,
Smoothing out your shape may require correction of the underlying cellulite. This can be done through a number of treatments. Fat transfer rarely treats cellulite. Depending on the amount of fat that survives you may get the shape you desire but that would need a formal consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what's best. Fat transfer surgery varies person to person depending on your metabolism and baseline shape. Congratulation on the weight loss and amazing fitness journey!

Hi Outlaw18,
Unfortunately your surgery did not go as you planned. Revision liposuction is always more complex due to contour irregularities and scar tissue. Fat grafting is likely not needed and is rather unpredictable in these situations. In your case completion lipo to help smooth out the shadows and valleys which were previously created would likely be recommended. We recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for further evaluation.
Hi luv2bebalanced
Being a member or not being a member of an organization does not always speak to a surgeon's skillset. What' most important is are they board certified in plastic surgery by the ABPS (American Board of Plastic Surgery). Apart from that it comes down to your comfort level with the surgeon and your due diligence in research on that particular doctor prior to your procedure. Many doctors decide to join organizations such as ASPS later in their career and that's fine, but board certification is the most important thing to have.

Hi justamama,
Procedure costs vary from surgeon to surgeon and state to state. You can usually get a range for pricing by calling the surgeon's office you are interested in directly. A google search will also show you averages for typical procedures in plastic surgery.
