I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Marshall and his entire team. From the very beginning, Dr. Marshall was honest, professional, and set realistic expectations, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. His bedside manner is exceptional—he truly listens, takes his time, and genuinely cares about his patients.
The entire surgical team was outstanding. The anesthesiologist was calm, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. Their presence made me feel completely safe and at ease, and I knew I was in expert hands throughout the entire procedure.
The rest of the staff was just as wonderful—friendly, organized, and incredibly supportive. They made sure I felt informed and reassured every step of the way, both before and after surgery. I especially want to recognize Nurse Sylvia. Right before I was put under anesthesia, she held my hand, and her warmth and compassion truly put me at ease. That small but meaningful gesture meant more to me than she probably knows.
I am beyond happy with my results. They look very natural and have given me a huge boost in confidence. I’m so grateful I chose Dr. Marshall and would highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
