Day 1 and feeling great! No pain had good pain relief in hospital over night. Just the right size for me. Recommend a binder to keep them in place for 24hrs, also remember to bring a wrap dress to get into for next day as arm movement limited to 90°. Over all fantastic operation and recovery. Updated on 17 Mar 2022: Now day 3 and I am feeling more normal today. Honestly Day 2 was probably the worst with the drugs wearing off and not being able to move around much, especially when your so active. Definitely feel tightness and swelling goes up and down, but nothing you can't handle. Just took paracetamol and my antibiotics. Get drains out today which will be a relief. Definitely like the size and look. Will post more photos soon Updated on 18 Mar 2022: Wow what a difference 4 days makes. Drains out and now feeling more back to normal. Still alot of swelling but not as sore. Will still take some pain relief and try not to do to much. Overall this is the best day yet I'm happy with the size and look forward to them dropping a bit. Still wearing binder for 2 weeks Updated on 20 Mar 2022: Wow what a difference I feel back to normal now, other than feeling like I'm huge. I guess when you have had no much all your life this feels huge now. But happy with result, not on pain killers anymore and little to no pain. I like the size on me would definitely not gone bigger. 245cc Updated on 12 Apr 2022: So happy with the results. Just the right size for me 245cc motiva and perfect for my athletic training still. I'm back hiking and light weights and will start running again this week. They feel great and just about got all the feeling back now. Still wearing my surgical bra for another couple of weeks but overall fantastic results.
I found Adam to be very knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel at ease, and was able to answer all of my questions. He was honest, kind, thoughtful and thorough. His after care post surgery was fantastic. I would not hesitate to use his services again or refer him to others. Best decision I ever made.
Just had my boobs done today. I have drains n a pain buster pump into the incisions. Under the muscle and under the crease incision . So far they seem to be ok , swollen but ok. I started with a small b without implants so excited to see what we end up with . Will post before end after Pics soon Updated on 11 Sep 2020: Today I had a bleed from my incision which was a bit scary. I have a small hematoma that has leaked out the incision site so I’m not rebandaged and have been asked to rest this weekend and go back Monday to see surgeon. Have been restarted on antibiotics also.
Today I had my final checkup from Adam for the surgery he performed for me. I am thrilled with the results and couldn’t fault either him or his amazing nursing or reception staff. I found Adam to be very professional and competent but he was also caring and easy to talk to and he explained everything and answered my questions well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family as I know they would be well looked after. Thank you to Adam and his Staff for making my surgery go as smooth and easy as possible.
I found Dr Bialostocki very professional and was really happy with him as my doctor. He was very kind, calm and reassuring. He clearly has lots of experience and I found this reassuring. My surgery went well and my recovery was straight forward. I would definately recommend him and would use him again. My anesthetist was Dr Justin Imrie who was really nice and very caring. He called me at home after my surgery to check how I was doing. My only issue is that I wish I had gone bigger. Dr B said that 245 was as big as he would go with my measurements as I am narrow across the chest however, I think I could have gone a bit bigger and wish I had done some research on the size before my surgery and pushed for a bigger size. I like the shape of my breasts and they are heaps better than what I had (none) but it is a lot of money to spend and not be completely happy. This is not directly a criticism of Dr B as really I should have done more research however I did say I wanted to be a C and am a B. I would just recommend that people really are clear about the size they want and likely size they will be.
I've always wanted bigger boobs but after kids and working out I'm ready. I crossfit and and the only thing I'm worried about is being able to do the things I've worked so hard for over the past few years. But, this is something I've wanted for such a long time and it's the only thing about my body that I'm not happy about and can't change. Updated on 18 May 2017: This afternoon I paid my surgeon and had an appointment with my anesthetist. I'm so happy with both of them - my surgeon has met with me twice, both times for about an hour to answer all my questions about recovery and sizing and why he prefers the anatomical implants and how he determines the right range of sizes. He uses Vectra 3D imaging which is really cool - he showed me from the beginning the smallest sizes up to what he thought would give a really good but natural result. After my first appointment we decided that 295cc moderate height, full profile would work. At my second appointment I asked again about size just for reassurance and he said that in the moderate height he couldn't go bigger unless we did xf profile. I was afraid of a torpedo result so we looked at the full height - he said I had plenty of room from collar bone to nipple for the full height and the extra 40cc in each would fill out the upper pole a little more. We decided 335cc ff was the way to go since one of the things I want to fix is the ski slope indent above my nipples. A really big concern of mine is being able to workout and lift weights the same as I do now. He reassured me that I'll be able to do everything I do now - pull ups, push ups, heavy weights, etc - as long as I follow his recovery instructions - 6 weeks off then gradual exercise, body weight lower body first, then over the next month or two add in weight slowly then finally start upper body again, gradually adding weight. I'm trusting him here because I'd be so upset to totally lose what I've worked for the past few years. I have so much fun doing crossfit - it's def a lifestyle and family at the gym I'm at. Today my anesthesiologist was amazing in talking me through exactly what was going to happen before and after surgery. I have low blood pressure normally so he advised me to only ever gradually get up from lying down for a few days after surgery to help avoid getting dizzy and passing out. I'll have a lot of long lasting local anesthetic, fentanyl through a button I'll push for a day and also little threads that trickle pain killer into the area for three days afterwards. I asked about all the pain relief and how it might affect constipation since I hear a lot about that struggle on here lol! He said be preemptive about it - hydrate beforehand for days, lots of fruit, have stuff on hand to help (I'm assuming softeners and stuff). He then said my main job for the next three weeks is to stay well and stay away from sick people. So helpful!!! So excited!!! Updated on 21 May 2017: Updated on 9 Jun 2017: 4 days to go and I woke up with a blocked nose. I'm afraid I will be sick and have to postpone! Lots of rest and veggies and fruit this weekend. I already have the time off work and after care scheduled so I have to be well! Wish me luck. I'm so excited for this and would be devastated if I am made to reschedule. Updated on 9 Jun 2017: Any time I have a sports bra or no padding the bra presses me flat rather than boobs pushing the bra out. Sad! Updated on 13 Jun 2017: Haven't had a peek yet but might try later. All went well. 335cc full height full profile Natrelle 410 style. My dr said zero to hero!!! Lol! I have a band, no bra and drains. Passed out once this afternoon but have been ok since. Updated on 13 Jun 2017: Updated on 14 Jun 2017: Yesterday was my first day home and it was a bit of a disaster. I have drains in and am really squeamish about them. I've passed out a couple times since surgery trying to get up. I was nervous about coming home to two kids, a dog, cat and husband who is amazing but not a great nurse. I started to feel woozy and ended up fainting. My husband was dealing with me, trying to make dinner and get kids ready to go to something they had at school. The cat jumped up and knocked my nerve pain meds to the ground and the dog started chewing the bottle. My son walked in and yelled what are you eating, Jake! Oh no! Dad its pills! He ate all but 2 pills. Hubby starts to panic, son starts asking if the dog will die... omg. So from the couch I had to give instructions. Call vet, number is on his collar. Put chicken away, get McDonald's later for kids. Take dog and kids first to vet then to school dance. Turn off oven. Goodbye. My best friend came over and took care of me until family was back. Dog is fine, had to induce puking at vets. Found 4 plastic tubes in his vomit that the vet said would have required surgery to remove if the got to his intestines! No idea what he chewed up!!! This morning I'm going in to get my drains fixed up. Still pretty sore. Updated on 16 Jun 2017: I've turned a corner pain wise. Much better today. Updated on 19 Jun 2017: Every day feels better. I only had Tylenol today and I'm just feeling tightness and a little ache on the sides. I was able to blow dry my hair finally which felt amazing lol those little things make me feel normal again. I'm still really bloated and last night was super uncomfortable. Hopefully not much longer like this. I love my results so far! I have to wear the strap for another week which is annoying because it gives me a funny shape under clothes. Can't wait to get into bra. Updated on 19 Jun 2017: Allergan natrelle 410 anatomical 335cc full height full projection Updated on 21 Jun 2017: Updated on 6 Jul 2017: Loving them still! Updated on 18 Sep 2017: I've never had such a fun time trying on swimsuits :) I've also been back at the gym since 6 weeks and am back to doing everything I did before surgery. Pull ups, burpees, push ups on knees, and lifting heavy weights. I even got a personal best on my squat snatch lift today! This makes me so happy- being able to do crossfit was one of my main worries about surgery and it's been better than I thought it would be. Updated on 30 Sep 2017: So I'm about 3 1/2 months post surgery and have no regrets at all. I'm glad I got the 335cc full height full projection natrelle 410s. I almost got 295cc but during a second pre consultation I decided little more volume up top would be good. I'm so happy I didn't go smaller than this! If I could do anything different, I'd consider a little more projection as long as there wouldn't be any more width. I can't push them together to get any cleavage but they're still getting softer so maybe one day. This could be because I'm fairly wide apart naturally or because the 410s are firmer and textured doesn't move as much. I love them anyway. I'm still a little numb under the nipples on the outer sides but it's getting better. My scars are pink and I'm wearing tape on them all the time and will until they're faded more. My surgeon said it's up to me at this point. I've had a keloid scar before and definitely don't want that here! He told me that when they're pink we can still influence their final result so why not keep the tape if it's not irritating? I can sleep however I want and even lay on my stomach without feeling uncomfortable. Overall, I thought that recovery to this point of feeling normal was going to take longer so I'm pretty happy with this! Updated on 14 Apr 2019: My experience with Dr Bialostocki was fantastic. Consultation was great, informative and reassuring. 3D imaging was very helpful. His first recommendation was a little conservative and I ended up going for a second appt to ask about going bigger which he was happy to accommodate. The post op care was amazing too- kind and helpful for a few months afterwards to make sure all was well. I’m very happy with my results and it’s almost 2 years on. If I did it again I’d go to him and go a little bit bigger.
I underwent 3 surgeries for Poland syndrome with Dr Bialostocki, and initially I had complete confidence and trust that my goals were achievable and that I was in the hands of a respected professional. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I attempted to raise my concerns with Dr Bialostocki directly, however he refuses to even acknowledge me. After over 12 months of trying to seek a resolution, it has become clear that Dr Bialostocki arrogance knows no bounds and that he lacks basic respect for his patients and believes himself to be above accountability. Any one considering Dr Bialostocki, please reconsider, I have been left disfigured and humiliation and wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Ok, so I guess like most women in here I’m so so nervous. I decided to post a review because I haven’t read many from older women, or those going a bit smaller (under 300cc). My physical demographics are Age 51 Height 175cm or 5’9 roughly Weight 64 kg or 140 pounds Currently an A cup I guess not too sure but have always been small and now small and saggy I want my boobs to be as natural as they can be with fullness and some jiggle! Lol I have wanted this for a long time as I have a muscular lower half and always felt out of proportion The dr has agreed that 245 is as big as he is comfortable to go, given my frame and chest dimensions and skin laxity. So I made some rice sizers and have tried them out and I think he’s got it right. I’m keeping my expectations on the low side to try and avoid disappointment! I’ll do a post review as well, and am happy to take private questions as well Updated on 18 Aug 2022: I’m going to go in here reallly honestly and say that 1) they hurt like crazy and the binder strap is uncomfortable under my arms. I have come home with drains and the pain buster in and the pain buster is leaking out of the dressings. And 2) they are as ugly as ugly can be. Lol I kinda knew they would be high and firm but they are high and hard! Disclaimer, I am aware that these are all normal responses to the surgery and that things will settle down but I promised myself an honest review. Drains etc out tomorrow so I may be inclined to post a picture of the franken boobs. I really hope that as they settle I am happy with the size, as I’m currently wishing that for all this discomfort I should have gone bigger
