Dr. Nezami is the absolute best! He made me feel beautiful and more confident in myself. He made me feel at home with his kind heart. When I first talked to him I knew he generally cared about the well being of my body and how I wanted them to look natural. He choose the perfect size for me and I could never thank him and his team enough for the amazing work they have done. I will never go to anyone else. Thank you so much you guys for making me feel whole.
Dr Nezami gave me a liposuction back in 2011, and I'm sorry it has taken me this long to write a review on him. He is a truly wonderful doctor and skilled surgeon. Did a great job on me. I would highly recommend him!
I thought about having breast implants for the past 12 years. Ready to purchase a AAA bra online, I instead made an appointment for a free consultation with Dr. Nezami, then followed through with the surgery. I am 100% happy with the results, and I am not easy to please. The results were more than I ever hoped for. He has eyes, like an artist, to pick the right size for your individual body. I highly recommend to let him pick the size. You won't regret it. He is very kind, caring, & has a sense of humor. The price includes several follow up appointments, because he truly cares about you. His staff is equally as great. It was a good experience, and I will continue to go back to him for the free Botox, given with the augmentation, and another minor procedure.
I got tummy tuck 8 days ago and I am very happy with results. The hardest part is to maintain a 45 degree position while sitting, sleeping or walking which puts pressure on your back. My PS had me on stool softener ahead of time but was not able to scape constipation though I did not take much pain medication.
Today is the day that I am going into surgery. Everything is going good so far. I am being prepped and currently awaiting my time to go back the OR. I am a bit nervous, but very excited as well. After two pregnancies I am finally going to know what it feels like to have boobs. I didnt get any when I was pregnant. Once I have completed my surgery I will give you an update. I have put my before/current pictures up for now. Stay tuned. Updated on 12 May 2016: Everything went great. I got 350 cc and silicone implants. The pain level is tolerable, but majority of the pain is tightness and pressure. I love the size I pickes. I didnt want to go big. I just wanted them to fit my frame. Im 5 feet and 120 lbs. They look natural like they are mine and I have always had them. Thats the look i was going for. I have been sleeping my my recliner because laying flat causes more pressure. Updated on 14 May 2016: Experiencing minor pain. On a scale of 1 to 10 i would give it a 2. Updated on 25 May 2016: I am 2 weeks post op and all swelling has went down. I went to VS to get measured today and before surgery I was a 32 A. I received 350 cc and I am a 32 D. Big jump right. My mouth completely dropped because I thought i was a c cup. I love them
Dr. Nezami is an absolute perfectionist and wonderful person. He genuinely cares about his patients and making sure they are happy and feel amazing about themselves. Not to mention his staff who are the sweetest ladies ever! My expectations (and they were extremely high!) of my breast augmentation were exceed and I'm even happier than I expected to be with the results. All in all every bit of choosing Nezami was flawless and I would do it all over in a heartbeat!
I have always wanted perky full breasts, but I never had the money and I was always kind of scared of the surgery. I gained a lot of weight and decided that after I lost 45 pounds, I would then get the procedure done. It took me about a year to lose all the weight I wanted, and with the help and support of my husband, I decided to go through with the surgery. It was the best decision of my life.
I couldn't be any happier with my breast augmentation done by Dr Nezami. I have been on and off about getting surgery since I was about age 15 and I finally decided to do it. I researched every plastic surgeon in Jacksonville FL. I ended up seeing results of his work on a girl I knew and she looked absolutely fabulous. From the consultation day and still to this day the staff and Dr Nezami have been wonderful. They make you feel extremely comfortable and the Dr makes sure you are very knowledgeable with the surgery he is going to perform. Surgery day staff took special care of me and they make you feel more than ready for your surgery. I am now almost 2 months post surgery and I am in love with my breast. Thank you so much for everything, I would highly advise anybody who is looking into plastic surgery in the Jacksonville area to check out Dr Nezami!
Made the decision to finally get a Breast lift and implants after having 2 kids, breastfeeding and losing a significant amount of weight. I did lots of research on different plastic surgeons in Jacksonville and St. Augustine. When I heard of several rave reviews for Dr Nezami knew that had to make a consultation with him. I chose him and couldn't be happier. His staff is amazing and so sweet. Dr Nezami and his staff were very thorough. I had my breast lift and augmentation last Friday, March 6th! I was super nervous and just ready to get it over and done with. After the surgery is a bit of a blur. The first 3-4 days were the worst pain wise. Through it all I couldn't be happier! Can't wait to see what the coming weeks will reveal with my results!!! Updated on 14 Mar 2015: Just got out of the shower and decided to try on one of my swimsuits!!! So excited! Updated on 15 Mar 2015: Has anyone else experienced excruciating ripping pain in their Breast following Breast lift/augmentation. It feels like someone is ripping muscle out of my chest if I sit back in the recliner or laying down in bed. To get myself up it only makes the pain that much worse and unbearable. Not using my arms to help myself up either. Using my abdominal muscles. This is by far the worst pain I've ever experienced. Can someone please tell me what is going on. I've put an after hours call into my PS. Ok, just spoke with the Dr and he advised it was a nerve that was obstructed during surgery and that is what is causing my pain. He has suggested sleeping on my left side tonight to see if that helps. He's also going to give some numbing cream as well. Praying this goes away soon. He said it should go away. Updated on 16 Mar 2015: Went for another Dr visit today and had a few more stitches removed. Still having excruciating stabbing pain when laying back or moving which moves the implants. Dr said its a big nerve he saw during surgery. I thought he said he had severed it but he said today that he pushed it to the side. The implant is pressing against that nerve when I move in a reclined position. Feels like someone is ripping muscle out of my chest. It's the most horrible pain I've ever experienced. I just wonder if it's muscle stretching at the top of my Breast, as this is where the pain shoots at and near my armpit. Praying this pain will subside. I'm feeling down today after leaving the appointment and questioning if I should've done this. Dr said the nerve pain should subside. I asked how long and he said "it varies". I asked "what if this pain doesn't go away"? He said would have to either remove the implant or do something with the nerve with surgery and no guarantee it would solve the nerve pain. Why couldn't this just have been an easy healing process. My left Breast is healing great. Few little zaps or burning pain here and there but nothing like the horrid pain on my right side. Not trying to scare anyone, this is supposedly a rare thing to have. on a positive note, I'm very pleased with how they are looking! Today was the first time I saw them without the bandage tape and sawy new much smaller aerolas!!!! Updated on 17 Mar 2015: Updated on 9 Apr 2015: Feeling better and healing!!! Making huge progress! So happy! Updated on 25 Apr 2015: Hello ladies! Hope all of you are doing well! Happy to report that the nerve pain I was having had completely gone away! YAY! That was an unpleasant experience! You have no idea how thrilled I am that it's gone now. I went to Victoria Secret last week to get some new bras and couldn't believe my new bra size. At first she said 36DDD. Say what???? OMG. Thank goodness when I tried those on they were way to big. I'm now a 36DD! They look great and I couldn't be happier. I really only wanted to be a D cup but the DD look great with my frame. My husband is happy with the larger size as well!! I purchased some bras at VS and got a new sports bra called "the Knockout"! I'm a runner and wow is this sports bra amazing! Two times the support. It's a front closure underwire underneath and then a front zip up! Absolutely LOVE it. Dr Nezami had mentioned it to me at my last appointment. I'm a woman on a mission and have already worked out 6 days this week. No pain whatsoever! Thrilled! My husband and I are going on a cruise in June!!!!!!! I ordered a few swimsuits online at victoriasecret.com and they arrived yesterday! I'm a fan of animal print and got the same print in 2 different tops. The Aqua one I ordered is on back order and should arrive the end of May! Updated on 25 Apr 2015: Another suit! Updated on 25 Apr 2015: Feeling good!
15 days to go for my BA and lift. So happy to find this website!!! Thank you ladies for all the pictures and posts! I'm experiencing the same fears, doubts and second thoughts as most of you out there. It's nice to know that all these emotions are normal and I'm not alone. I've been thinking about getting a BA for 3 years. Finally decided to go ahead and see a PS. I was not sure if I needed a lift but after consulting the doc we decided that in order to achieve the results I'm looking for a lift is the best option. I want breast that fit the size of my body... Not huge, but big and beautiful. I've always been very small up top but never minded since they were cute & perky and fit my body shape. After the kids, breast feeding/pumping and losing weight they are now tiny AND droopy. I decided to have my procedure done by Dr. Nezami. I loved his before/after pics and have had a good experience so far. He spent quite a lot of time with me in my initial consultation, was very thorough and honest about what to expect. My pre-op is on March 12th. Before pics are on the way... Updated on 5 Mar 2015: Updated on 5 Mar 2015: Updated on 9 Mar 2015: My pre-op visit is this Thursday. I'm both excited & nervous. I've been obsessively reading reviews from others that have already had their procedures done. Healing time seems to vary immensely. I'm so glad there are close up photos of the incisions out there. I would have freaked out after my procedure if I hadn't seen them already and also seen how well they heal. One thing I consistently read is that it's all worth it :) I almost change my mind about doing this every day. Anyway, looking at myself in the mirror I know that I'm going to be very happy after my BA & lift. I can't wait to try on this nighty on after my new " girls" are in :) Updated on 12 Mar 2015: I went to my preOp this morning and it went great. My PS and his staff are excellent. They are absolutely meticulous in everything they do. When I went to my first consultation they gave me a packet with information about the PS, the procedure I was interested in and the Do's and Dont's for surgery. I hadn't even decided if I was going to do it yet but they gave me the information anyway which I thought was very helpful. Anyway, today the PS's surgery assistant went over all the preOp instructions with me. She spent quite a bit of time with me and was very thorough. I was given everything in writing. They even gave me a pre-printed schedule to keep track of the times I take my meds !!! I saw Dr. Nezami again and he was awesome. He checked out the "girls", re-measured, went over the procedure and asked if I had any questions. I really liked that he takes the time to SEE his patients. He had done all this at my first visit too. I told him about my concerns regarding the size and he said to try the 350 cc sizers and that they wouldn't make too much of a difference. His only concern was that they may come out to the sides a bit (side boob) on my frame. I tried them on & liked them more than my previous choice of 325 cc . So I called in his assistant and modeled (lol) for her with each of the sizers without telling her the cc's. She was hands down all in for the 350's :) So 350 cc Natrelle 20 (HP) Silicone implants it is!!! (Under the muscle, with lollipop lift) I have to admit I'm SUPER nervous Updated on 17 Mar 2015: Getting my markings done on Thursday & surgery on Friday. I still can't believe I'm doing this. I can't wait to wake up with nice new full boobies :) Updated on 22 Mar 2015: It feels like I have two warm bricks on my chest. Not too bad. Updated on 26 Mar 2015: I was doing pretty well and on the morning of day four as I was getting out of bed, I must have moved incorrectly or something and my left boob just felt like it had been ripped off. The pain was awful!!! Luckily I had a scheduled appointment for that same day at 2pm. I saw my PS and he examined both breasts paying special attention to the left. He said I had probably broken a blood vessel and made me an ice pack right then & there. He instructed me to apply pressure on that spot with the ice. All night if possible. I followed his instructions and today just 2 days later) I'm feeling fine. I saw the Dr @ 9AM and he removed my stitches and taped everything back up. My left boob is a bit more swollen and tender but overall looking and feeling good :) Oh, and I ended up with the 325 cc. He said the 350cc was stretching my skin too much so he went with the 325's Updated on 29 Mar 2015: I'm almost feeling normal again. I measured myself today & am SUPER disappointed ... Looks like they're only going tone a full B cup :( My band measure is still 30, so it would be a 34 bra band, but my breast measure was only 36 which would make it a B cup. I love that they have the nice roundness to them but I wanted at least a full C cup :( Is it too soon to really get an accurate size???? Or am I just going to be a full B cup?? Updated on 3 Apr 2015: Updated on 7 Apr 2015: Updated on 9 Apr 2015: My doctor removed my tape today. He said I can start anti-scarring treatment using silicone strips during the day and Mederma at bedtime. I was so pleased to see that the scars are much better than I expected! I also went and bought my first post op bras... A 34D!!! I was so happy to fit in this size. Unlike a lot of ladies on this site, I never had large breasts. I've always been very small so this was an incredibly good experience for me. And I had been freaking out because I thought my new girls weren't big enough, lol!! Some pics... Updated on 6 May 2015: I got the ok to go back to Spin class from my PS at 4 weeks post op. It wasnt until 6 weeks post that I could actually do everything. My class is called 'Spin & Core' so we do get off the bikes & do strength training. I'm feeling very good and the scars are slowly looking better. I'm definitely a 34D. I bought bras from VS, Maidenform & Vanity Fair...all had to be 34D. Feeling happy with my size although I do wish they were bigger. They are perfectly proportionate.
Small amount of drainage of yellowish fluid from the incision on the steri strip or gauze is ok. What is not normal is continues leaking like a faucet even a dripping faucet. This could be seroma formation collected in the pocket around your implant that is leaking through that part of the incision. You need to see your plastic surgeon ASAP for his or her advice
There should be no problem to have you hair colored shortly after breast augmentation. But you should not drive or make important decisions if you are taking any pain medication.
I recommend to my patient to use silicone sheet 1 month after surgery unless the wound is not healed or is covered with scab. In those areas they use Silicone sheet when the healing is complete.
You already have excellent tear drop shaped breasts. Only thing that you need is additional volume which can be accomplished with a round smooth of appropriate volume implants placed under the muscle to give you a nice fullness on the top of the breast. You do not need any breast lift or other procedure or tear drop shape implant, you just need more volume.
In general, there should be no problem or counter indication to have Breast reduction after liposuction of the abdomen if you had no complication or side effect with your previous surgery or anesthesia, and if your medical condition as not changed. There is no added risk to go again under general anesthesia 2 months after liposuction.
