Back to spin class, yay!!!

I got the ok to go back to Spin class from my PS at 4 weeks post op. It wasnt until 6 weeks post that I could actually do everything. My class is called 'Spin & Core' so we do get off the bikes & do strength training.
I'm feeling very good and the scars are slowly looking better.
I'm definitely a 34D. I bought bras from VS, Maidenform & Vanity Fair...all had to be 34D.
Feeling happy with my size although I do wish they were bigger. They are perfectly proportionate.

Removed tape today & Got my first post Op Bra... Happy, happy!!
My doctor removed my tape today. He said I can start anti-scarring treatment using silicone strips during the day and Mederma at bedtime.
I was so pleased to see that the scars are much better than I expected!
I also went and bought my first post op bras... A 34D!!! I was so happy to fit in this size. Unlike a lot of ladies on this site, I never had large breasts. I've always been very small so this was an incredibly good experience for me.
And I had been freaking out because I thought my new girls weren't big enough, lol!! Some pics...

Good for you!!! Isn't it funny how impatient we can be ?!? All your worry about bra size was for nothing....why do we do that to ourselves? You look beautiful and I see such a difference in your pictures. I still think you're gonna drop more, but what a great shape and size

I just went back and looked at your pics from day 1...you have healed so well, it's quite the inspiration for me. Your scars are so faint already, and you've dropped so much I'm really impressed. Just thought I'd comment. Enjoy your weekend!

You look amazing!!! Way to go! I must say I'm just a tad bit jealous as I had surgery on March 6 and still healing....my scars are a lot more noticeable and we had the same surgeon. Dr Nezami is amazing! My body is rejecting the internal sutures and its caused wider scarring. Again, congrats on your gorgeous tata's!

Don't worry... I'm sure your scars will be nearly unnoticeable once they can heal properly.

Congrats!!! I wanted to be a D or DD but when I measure, I'm only measuring a C so I feel your pain. I'm not sure that I'm measuring right but I want to go bra shopping to find out the size for sure! Do you think it's too soon to be measured? Tomorrow will be 2 weeks!

It's probably too soon. Ask your PS if you're ready for "normal" bras.
I waited until my PS gave me the ok for bra shopping and literally went straight to VS & got measured.
I bet you'll probably end up being a DD.

Will do!! How long did you wait to buy bras? I may go try some on but not buy any...just in case!! I don't want to buy yet but I'd love to try them on! It's so weird to put the VS bombshell bikini top on from last year and seeing that it does not work at all now!!!

Thank you!! Yes I did have a lollipop lift. I haven't really seen my scars yet. My PS taped them back up after removing the stitches. I have an appointment tomorrow and will see.

I just got my tape removed & my scars are doing surprisingly well! I was afraid of what I would see once he took it off for good but I was pleasantly surprised. I posted a pic

I still have the scars but they continue to fade. I used Scar Away strips for the first few months and now i use BioOil.
