I have had the most amazing transformation thanks to Dr. Maleki! I recently had lower lid blepharoplasty, fat transfer and CO2 laser for extremely dark circles and undereye bags which only became worse with age. My dark circles and undereye bags are largely genetic and even as a child I had them. In 2018 I decided to get undereye filler to help lessen their appearance. I continued getting filler for seven years but wanted a more permanent solution as I got older. I also noticed that the filler just didn’t seem to work as well as I aged. I did a lot of research to find the best oculoplastic surgeon and my research kept bringing me back to Dr. Maleki (and honestly the before and after pictures speak for themselves!). I had a very thorough consultation with Dr. Maleki and immediately felt comfortable with him and his team. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was very nervous before the surgery especially because I knew I would be awake during the procedure but I honestly didn’t feel a thing and I was given sedation which calmed me down completely. Also, the nurses were so lovely and reassuring to me during surgery and Dr. Maleki talked to me so calmly throughout the entire procedure which helped me so much. The healing was relatively easy and the hardest part was trying to alleviate the boredom for about 7-10 days as you need to keep your eyes closed as much as possible to facilitate healing (prepare to listen to a lot of podcasts!). I am beyond thrilled with my results! I no longer need undereye concealer or to hide behind heavy glasses! My family and friends are also amazed with my results! Also, Dr. Maleki and his team have been fantastic working with me to make some minor tweaks post surgery. I cannot recommend and thank Dr. Maleki and his team enough!! Worth every penny! I had a bi laterial ptosis and eyelid repair with Dr Maleki. I was experiencing sleepy looking eyelids, with lots of upper eyelid show and had an overall tired looking appearance that made me self conscious. I was looking for more open, alert and refreshed eyes. I was drawn to Dr Maleki over regular plastic surgeons because he is uniquely qualified in the delicate eye area. During our assessment, I felt comfortable asking questions and bringing up my different concerns. He spent a lot of time taking measurements and talking me through the solutions he felt would achieved my desired results. It was educational and he made me feel confident in a positive outcome. The nurses and office staff made me feel well taken care of, especially on surgery day. The procedure itself went smoothly and quickly. Dr Maleki operates with confidence and a high degree of skill, blending both science and art together. I healed well and have achieved the desired results of looking more awake and rested. The outcome of my eyelid surgery was a refreshed and natural appearance, turning back the clock easily 10 years. I went to Dr. Maleki after having a post op complication with another surgeon. He is a specialist, has terrific bedside manner, is very thorough, and clearly makes decisions based on what is best for the patient. He really considers your case and is honest and forthcoming before proceeding with care. I felt as though he had great integrity and that I was in the best hands. I had a procedure done with Dr Maleki and I am very pleased with the results. I waited over a year to book my date and the entire time I was doing immense research on each procedure that was recommended. I ended up following through on all the recommended procedures from Dr Maleki and I am very pleased with the results. I had drooping eyelids with a more severe case on one side that was caused from repeated injuries. My face is much more symmetrical and I looked refreshed. When I was questioning the total procedures I wanted to do, Dr Maleki took the time to see me once more to explain everything. I found that you will wait when you have an appointment with him, but I believe it is truly because he is very thorough with his patients and this can often make the appointments run over. I had a Lower Blepharoplasty done at Dr. Maleki’s clinic to remove Festoons (sagging skin under the eye and on the cheekbone). I had other plastic surgeons tell me there was no surgery that could remove festoons because of where they are located (too low on the cheek). Thankfully I found Dr. Maleki who thoroughly explained every detail of this surgery and the outcome was beyond successful! No more festoons!! and my skin looks amazing! Can’t thank him enough! Josephine and staff were super kind and caring the entire time and were there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Maleki and will miss my visits with this amazing team!
