Aging gracefully is all about being happy as you get older, but there’s nothing wrong with wanting a younger-looking face. A facelift is a tried-and-true way to achieve that. At my New York practice, facelift surgery is the procedure I’m best known for. One of my favorite procedures is a combination facelift and fat transfer, which lasts longer than dermal fillers and gives a more natural-looking result. My method leaves minimal to no scarring, and using local anesthesia gives my patients a faster recovery.
If your concerns include a double chin, sagging neck, or loss of jawline definition, a neck lift is a good option to consider. With a combination of liposuction, skin tightening and removing excess skin, I can sculpt your neck and jawline for a more youthful appearance.

Fillers and Other Injectables

I’m well known for my work with facial injectables. To relax fine lines and wrinkles, I offer a variety of neuromodulators (including Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport) to soften lines around the eyes, forehead, and around the mouth, with virtually no downtime. Dermal filler injections can restore lost volume, fill out hollow cheeks, give you a plumper pout and more shapely lips, smooth lines and facial folds, or sculpt your nose, cheekbones, or jawline. At my New York practice, we offer several hyaluronic acid-based filler options such as Juvéderm, Restylane, and Belotero. These work by filling in between the elastin and collagen in your skin, resulting in a smoother, refreshed look. For overall facial rejuvenation, dermal fillers and neurotoxins can be combined for a “liquid facial” treatment.

Dr. Madnani has been working in New York since 2010 and specializes in face lifts and neck lifts, upper and lower eyelid surgery, facial fat grafting/volumizing procedures along with lasers and injectables to improve the shape and lines on the face.
