The Most Incredible Experience… Ever!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Dilip D. Madnani and his entire team. From my very first consultation through my procedure and recovery, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional care.
At 54, I wanted to begin facial rejuvenation in a subtle, thoughtful way. Dr. Madnani truly listened to my goals and approached everything with a meticulous, conservative eye. His bedside manner is outstanding - calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. I always felt I was in the best possible hands.
The coordination and support from Dina made the entire process seamless, and Nurse Hannah, along with the rest of the team, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The Long Island office is absolutely beautiful, which only adds to the overall experience.
I underwent a lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer, and a chemical peel on March 31st. I was awake and completely comfortable throughout the procedure, which speaks volumes about Dr. Madnani’s skill and approach. Remarkably, I experienced zero pain during or after—if anything, I took Tylenol just once during recovery.
The results are exactly what I had hoped for—natural, refreshed, and understated. I feel like the best version of myself, not “done,” which was incredibly important to me.
