I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Madnani and his entire team—my experience has been exceptional. I spent a long-time researching surgeons before my consultation, and I kept coming back to Dr. Madnani. His results felt so natural and aligned perfectly with what I was hoping for, and his experience, training, and consistently great reviews gave me a lot of confidence.
From the very beginning, I felt cared for. My first interaction was with Deena, the patient coordinator, who was absolutely incredible—kind, patient, and so informative. I was nervous about the idea of facial surgery, but she immediately put me at ease and made the whole process feel approachable.
Meeting Dr. Madnani only reinforced that feeling. He is warm, genuine, and attentive. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I was hoping to achieve. I appreciated how thorough he was in explaining everything, and especially how honest and realistic he was about the results. He suggested a surgical plan tailored to my goals, but I never once felt pressured—just supported and guided.
Leading up to surgery, I reached out to the office a few times with questions, and Dr. Madnani was always generous with his time and happy to help. The nursing staff (I wish I could remember all of their names) was equally wonderful—making sure I felt fully prepared and always available when I needed reassurance or information. The night before my surgery, Dr. Madnani personally checked in, and afterward the team followed up daily to make sure I was doing well.
Now, one month out from my deep plane facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer, and chemical peel, I couldn’t be happier. I’m still healing, but already I feel so refreshed and like the best version of myself. My eyes look open and brighter, my jawline is defined, my skin is refreshed and most importantly, I still look like me—just more rested and rejuvenated.
At every follow-up visit, I’ve continued to feel well taken care of. Dr. Madnani and his team are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely compassionate, and that combination made all the difference for me. I’m grateful for the care I received and would wholeheartedly recommend him.
