Dr. Spears is the BEST! Her office staff are so warm and welcoming as well. You really feel like you’re family when you’re here. I had weight loss surgery in 2018 resulting in a 150 pound weight loss. I’ve also had 3 c-sections. Because of those two things, I had a ton of loose skin that I wanted to get taken care of. I’m SO glad to have found Dr. Spears. I had brachioplasty 11 months ago and a tummy tuck with fat grafting to the breasts 4 months ago. Dr. Spears is such a skilled surgeon that my scars are placed in such a way that you can’t even see them, not to mention the precision with which she closed the incisions in the first place. I’m able to confidently wear tank tops and a bathing suit in the summer for the first time in 15+ years. I was so happy with my surgeries that I’ve also had Botox and micro needling done in her office as well. I can’t thank Dr. Spears enough for all she has done for me! She has truly given me my life back and I look forward to continuing my body transformation with her!

I had a mini tummy tuck with liposuction 1/2/24. My experience with Dr. Spears and her amazing staff was exceptional. Dr. Spears is so caring and listened to my concerns and also surgical expectations. The surgery went so smoothly. The surgical staff was so caring and put me at ease from start to finish. The recovery process was explained to me in detail so I was fully prepared and took the necessary steps. Now 5 months later, I am beyond pleased with my results. I am 62 years old and no matter my diet or exercise routine, I could not get rid of my belly fat. If you are on the fence about doing this procedure, please don’t hesitate any further and talk with Dr. Spears. You will be in very good and competent hands.

So far, I have to say I’m very pleased with my decision to have surgery performed by Dr. Spears. I first saw Dr. Spears a few months ago for a consultation about starting the process of multiple body contouring procedures after years of significant weight loss, and fluctuating weight, which I’ve been able to better sustain over the past couple of years. To be frank, I’d had one prior *really* bad consult years before, researched a lot of other providers, and spoken to the offices of at least half a dozen recently, before making the appointment with Dr. Spears. I actually had another consultation scheduled, that I canceled after my appointment with Dr. Spears. I’ve been consistently impressed with her knowledge, confidence, and general demeanor. Her staff are always friendly. The office is always a physically pleasant and welcoming place to enter. I got on the surgery schedule faster than I expected, which was honestly a welcome surprise and I think will turn out for the best in the long run for a lot of reasons. I underwent the first of what will certainly be a number of planned procedures just over 3 weeks ago. My recovery so far has been easier than I expected and I’m grateful for that and trying not to take it for granted. My next procedure is already on the schedule and I’m getting everything ready to go so it hopefully goes as smoothly. Updated on 19 Aug 2023: Replacing the post-op photos (with corrected labels). Post-op healing/progress at Post-op days 9, 13, and 21. I feel as though the difference is more apparent in the mirror than in the photos, but there’s definitely progress. Looking forward to starting silicone scar tape soon, once the last of the scabs are gone.

There are no words for me to express my sincerest appreciation to Dr. Spears and her phenomenal staff. I suffered a fall about a year ago, which resulted in a back injury along with root nerve damage to my right hip & leg. I had no choice but to have back surgery. In addition, the doctors also recommended a breast reduction in hopes it would help with my back surgery recovery and with my injuries sustained in the fall. Seven weeks after my back surgery, Dr. Spears did the breast reduction and lift. I am 55 and just having major back surgery, I was scared and very nervous about another surgery so soon. I could not have been in better hands with Dr. Spears. About 25 years ago, I lost 130 pounds and my breasts were a great source of embarrassment for me with all the extra skin. Dr. Spears has changed my life and given me self-confidence. I am sorry I didn't do this years ago!!!! Dr. Spears was in contact with me daily. A full recovery and getting back to the new me is right around the corner. As a result of the successful breast reduction surgery, it's looking like I won't need another back surgery. Dr. Spears' bedside manner and knowledge are second to none. Her entire staff adopts the same personable likeability and I look forward to each and every visit. As a result of my experience with Dr. Spears and her staff, I recently switched from my dermatologist doing my Botox and had Dr. Spears do it. I saw Dr spears for breast reduction surgery. She was very professional and i was completely at ease Throughtout the process. The office has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff and dr. Spears are friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to see her for other issues.

Dr Spears is attentive to her patients. Always makes time for me. I highly recommend her for tummy tuck, Lipo and fat transfer. The office staff Callie, Stephanie, Claire and Nicolette are the best and always so cheerful. Nelly is a great massage therapist.
