The breasts are all healed up, but swelling from the lipo is still swollen. The lipo was the worst part, it was brutal. It will take another 3 months for all the swelling to go down. Lipo is not for sissies. I'm still wearing my binder every night. I have started back exercising with no complaints.

Breast Reduction and Lift with Fat Transfer from Abdominal Area

Warmhearted443
I am 56, and weighed 178 lbs the day of surgery, I had developed very large heavy hanging breast that were affecting my back and shoulder, there was no containing them even with a bra, they would hang out and looked like I was a very old lady. I also had a breast reduction with lift when I was 23 and these babies just keep growing back especially if I gained weight. So I decided to have Dr. CHO perform my second breast reduction and lift and bonus of fat transfer from abs due to my chest on top was flat. I knew this was not going to be an easy surgery, so I am on day 5, and I want to share my journey. I will update as the time progresses.
Day 1 July 26, 2022, Surgery day: Brutal until the pain meds kicked in.
Day 2: Kept meds in my system and was able to go to doctor's office for check in, took a sponge bath.
Day 3: Showered and slept all day and night, kept the meds on schedule with alarm, I am keeping my bra and waist trainer with the foam on all day and night, let's just say, super uncomfortable but a necessary step.
Day 4: Got up, took shower, change all clothes, readjusted bra, waist trainer etc. and decided I was going to get off the pain meds. HUGE mistake, day 4 was not a good day. My drain came out, and I was in pain and agitated. Suffered all day long and finally got my drain inserted and back online and started back on my pain meds and felt better.
Day 5: Showered, changed all garments, back on schedule with pain meds and I will start posting pictures of my recovery from today. I feel swollen, lots of fluid still, stiff and in bed typing this review. I have only one drain, and I am on: Tramadol 50 mg for pain, Celebrex 200 mg 2 times a day for inflammation, Gabapentin 300 mg 2 times a day for nerve pain, with an antibiotic, and I have another pain med too, that I have not taken. Day 5 way better than day 1, I go back to doctor on day 7 for Balance Pro treatment for the lipo fluid and day 9 for hopefully drain removal. The pictures are after, and I will post the before once I get them from the doctor. Lots of swollen tissue and bruising.
