I had a sofwave treatment at this clinic and I absolutely loved it. The staff is amazing and very welcoming and the procedure was great. They made everything very comfortable for me during my visit. I want to age gracefully and this is the best treatment with out any recovery time.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr, Cho and team! After undergoing an endoscopic face lift, neck lift, fat transfer and thigh lift, I am amazed at the results! I am very grateful for the level of care I received. He explains every step clearly and with genuine compassion and his work is the best! I highly recommend Dr Cho.

I had upper and lower bleph, brow lift and facial fat transfer from Dr. Cho. I am 2 weeks post op and am very happy with the results! He fixed exactly what my pain points were! Would very much recommend!

I’ve had an extended facelift with Dr Cho a week ago and I am really happy. My scars already look good and I’ve even had a work zoom conference today. I look very decent for such an early stage. I’ve researched a lot and saw a lot of pictures and I’m impressed by Dr Cho’s work quality and ethics! Dr Cho is a real artist. Updated on 10 Sep 2024: Unfortunately, it seems that this place treats well only clients who are paying a lot of money at the moment. Once there is no prospective of another expensive procedure, one is treated with disrespect. I have been a client for more than a year and spent more than 20 000 dollars at this place and still I’m somehow a ‘second class’ client whose appointments are being canceled at the last minute. I tried to get a response from Dr Cho through his team but i did not get any answer to my emails. Maybe his employees hide things from him but it then raises the issue of lack of organization. I was undergoing the laser scar therapy and was going to the office almost every month. Twice my appointments were rescheduled the same day but I was always an “understanding’ client. However, last week my appointment was canceled 15 minutes before the start when I was driving to the office a it was done in several steps: - first, the aesthetician called me and asked me to move the appointment from 2 pm to 3-45; I accepted; - then the appointment was moved from 3-45 to 4-15 by simply sending me a text; - then, when I was already driving and 15 minutes away, a person from the office called me and said that the aesthetician is not able to come on Thursday and suggested another day. It was implied that Dr Cho told the esthetician to work with other clients in a different office (Maybe doing more important or expensive procedures). I work and live almost 1 hour away from the office. But even without that, I don’t understand why the office requests 24 hours advance notice from the clients but they allow themselves to cancel on the clients at the last minute. Dr Cho is a talented doctor but I am not sure the talent allows anybody to treat clients with disrespect, be it a lack of organization or some sort of discrimination between clients.

I had Accutite combined with Profound RF on 6/14/23. I was put under because I did not want to feel any pain during the procedure. I am still swollen under my chin and neck on the right side. It also feels very tight. It is still uncomfortable to eat. Every time I chew it feels like my skin is getting pulled under my chin down to my neck. Also when I wash my face it is still sensitive to touch. Feels bruised but no visible bruising. So far I can tell that my neck looks smaller vs what it used to look like. Since I am still swollen under my chin and neck I can't say that I look better just yet. I will wait and see how I look at 3 months.

Dr. Chiang was very thorough and explained different options for the results I wanted. She is very professional, and has a warm personality. I am always pleased with Botox and other procedures Dr. Chiang performs. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and thorough doctor.

I had my 2nd IPL treatment with Mariel and my results are amazing! Mariel is extremely knowledgeable and has a gentle approach with treatment. She is very thorough and takes her time to ensure you have the best outcome possible. I have had success with IPL in treating my rosacea and Mariel's expertise has made that happen for me.

I always have a wonderful experience at Dr. Chiang’s Office. It’s such a relaxing and enjoyable visit when I get my laser Genesis treatments once a month. Loving the results so far. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

I enjoy every visit to Dr. Chiangs office. The front desk girls are wonderful and friendly. Jackie is fantastic and is a true asset to the team. Her attention to detail and reassurance is so comforting! Im incredibly pleased with each approach and appointment!!

Amazing ! Very detail oriented , very skilled and has a good eye . Will always be honest about what u need. And is super kind and attentive ! I really love going there it’s like visiting a friend ! And she is an amazingly talented injector! I drive one hour just to see her when there are plenty of other places closer to me because I like her work so much !
