Dr Griffin is an amazing plastic surgeon. He was informative and answered questions I hadn't even thought of. I was referred to him by my sister's friend. Now that I've had my procedure, my sister scheduled her own consultation. Dr.Griffin had great communication and bedside manner. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends and family to him.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Griffin and I’m really happy with my results. He was professional, straightforward, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect throughout the process. I’m thrilled with my results! Another plastic surgeon told me my desired outcome was impossible, but Dr. Griffin exceeded my expectations. I have thin skin and didn’t like the irregularities in my nose or the droopy tip. Although Dr. Griffin suggested lifting the tip more, he truly listened to my desire for a natural look. I can’t recommend him enough; he is incredibly skilled and the only doctor I trusted to perform my surgery.

I can’t imagine a better result after my 1 week post-op appt today. The after pictures are literally taken just 7 days after surgery Why I recommend him over any other doctor: while doctor shopping I encountered the issue of trying to put how I wanted my nose to look into words. I didn’t have to do this with Dr. Griffin because he came into the room and showed me what he would want to do from an aesthetic standpoint and I loved it. I knew he would make it look good because I know he wanted it to look the same as I did and he knew what a good, “feminine” nose looks like. He truly is an artist. He also even took into account making my profile strong because I have a strong jawline/chin. He also made my upper lip bigger during it which he had suggested might happen earlier and I made it obvious that I would love for that to happen. No other doctors even came close to his level of expertise for the aesthetic aspect. What he fixed: breathing issues(deviated septum), got rid of hump, brought tip up, made left nostril smaller, bigger upper lip, and more. My reaction: I am so incredibly happy. I came in not liking my side profile and how big my nose got when I smiled and he fixed those and more.

I really appreciated reviews when searching for a surgeon and decided to help others by leaving a review. It’s scary picking a doctor to perform surgery on your face! For anyone looking for a facial plastic surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Griffin. I had a septo-rhinoplasty by him 9 months ago. I have thin skin which makes it more difficult to achieve desired results. Apparently, thin skin shows everything! I am so grateful I picked Dr. Griffin. I’m not confident others could have achieved the same results he did. I do have some very, very minor imperfections but that was to be expected (especially with thin skin). Overall, it looks great though! I am very happy! I asked him to make the changes subtle as I didn’t want others to notice too easily. Honestly, barely anyone even notices, including close family members. People just say I look really good but can’t pinpoint why. Exactly what I hoped for. He is incredibly skilled! I would definitely trust him to perform similar surgeries on loved ones.

I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Griffin and I’m so happy I went through with it. I always hated my nose, my hump and my nostrils were just too big along with my bulky tip. I have thick skin so swelling took a long time to come down. I’m 1.5 years now post op and I’m very happy.

Consider that against the vast range of outcomes for rhinoplasty, an operation where a millimeter can make all the difference. I wanted to reduce risk by finding a surgeon who specializes in the face and possesses exceptional credentials, superior technical skill, and a keen understanding of facial balance. Dr. Griffin satisfied these criteria. I was certain I’d made the right choice when he started talking about vertical thirds during our consultation. He quickly determined the best way to address my concerns, and was able to execute perfectly. I could not be more happy with how it turned out. My facial features are more harmonious, while the character of my original appearance has been preserved. A less competent surgeon would have given me a lovely nose that didn’t fit my face at all. The experience exposed me to the artistry of this craft and how optimal results can be achieved without conforming to conventional beauty standards. Aside from the physical outcome, the positive mental impact of mitigating an insecurity is greater than I anticipated. I thought I’d only recognize the change when I look in the mirror, but the slight increase in confidence is a steady, pleasant buzz that touches all aspects of life. I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Griffin in August of 2022 and am thrilled with the results. A car accident in 2014 left me with a nose that was wider than I originally had and with a slight bump. I had a rhinoplasty following the accident but was not satisfied with the results. Dr. Griffin is known to be the best revision surgeon in the twin cities and was recommended to me by several other surgeons who were not able to perform the surgery. He was able to sculpt a nose that fits my face and has a more feminine look. I highly recommend working with him and the Midwest team!
