My orthodontist chose to file down my right front tooth because of a small chip and the one next to it. She also proceeded to file the two front teeth on the left. I really want the original length of my front four teeth back. I have been self-conscious about this for 4 years now. What procedure should I get? I want a procedure with no or minimal enamel removal. Will I be ruining my healthy teeth in long run? Also my smile is extremely uneven as seen from the shape of my lips, how to fix this?
My right canine is much higher than my other teeth and Im pretty self conscious about it. Ive had both braces and Invisalign to try to bring it down, but they havent worked. Would bonding to make it look longer work?
I had my front 2 teeth bonded after chipping them in an accident. I feel that they are uneven...one is longer than the other on the outside edge. My dentist said is he made that tooth longer the bonding would break off. He also said my teeth are balanced.
I want to have a larger more even smile and I feel like specifically my four top front teeth are what cold use for enlargement. I would like the most natural and least invasive procedure but would ultimately want to go with what would look best and last best!
I have quite an overbite as well which I want braces to correct it but mostly just concerned with my front 4/6 teeth. been thinking about bonding as it's cheaper than veneers & I could afford to get them done within the next few months. (One day I'd like veneers but not anytime soon) - Would I be a good candidate? Also interested in gum contouring because my teeth are longer/shorter in the gum line. Please let me know how you think I should go about correcting my smile!
Hi doctors, I just had osteotomy le fort 1 impaction done 3 weeks ago for my gummy smile, although i am loving the result (from 9mm to 2mm). I really want to have a gum contouring done, not to have the gummy smile fixed but because my gums are so uneven. I also broke a little piece of my tooth so i wanted to have some bonding done as well. Can i have those procedures done without jeopardizing my jaw surgery? if so when is the earliest possible? and can i do theme while i have braces? Thanks.
