See pics attached. I have been using retinoids and getting regular in-office chemical peels and microdermabrasion but my pores are still huge. I tried Clear + Brilliant laser last month and going in for another treatment soon. What else can I do for my large pores? I am 30 with olive skin. Combination skin type (sometimes sensitive if I overdo the retinoids)
What chemical peel would be best to improve acne scaring on medium olive skin tone (fitzpatrick 4). Several treatment of the skin medica Vitalize peel or multiple rejuvenize peels? In the past I've had subtle improvement with the Perfect Derma peels. I wanted to try Skinmedica treatments.
so i am a middle eastern male aged 18. My whole young life i have been playing under the sun for hours without sunscreen which continued for years. As a result my olive facial complexion became much darker in colour. At times my hair line's colour comes in clear contrast with my darker forehead. My question is do chemical or laser peels actually bring back your original complexion and if so which type thanks
Got a peel on Saturday (today is monday) and I've noticed my skin feeling tight (a dry tight) but no flaking or peeling. I look tanned too. avoiding direct sun and wearing sunscreen with spf 30. The medical esthetician said i would see flaking or peeling and not touch it. I havent noticed anything of the sort. very worried about hyperpigmentation because I am olive skinned. Do I have anything to worry about? Received a vivier skin peel with 2% salicylic acid 10% lactic acid and 14% Resorcinol:
I have Olive (Medium) skin, and I am hispanic. My face has an uneven skin tone. I have white spots and dark spots. I've never had any procedures done to my face, but I am confused about what procedure would be the most effective for me. Which between Chemical Peel and Laser Peel should I go for? I don't want to end up with major pigmentation issues because of my skin type.
