This patient previously underwent a breast augmentation procedure, and now the patient would like a larger size implant. Dr. Katzen removes the previous implants and replaces them with larger 650cc implants and also fixes the asymmetries VIEW NOW
Capsule cutting ruptured saline implant
This patient had saline implants placed OVER the muscle. The capsule containing a ruptured implant was contracted. The left side was calcified around the intact implant. Residual capsule was removed UNDER the muscle from a previous breast surgery. VIEW NOW

Capsule cutting- rupture + gel bleed
This patient had 33 yo TEXTURED silicone implants. Extra capsular rupture was noted on the left side. Upon the capsule cutting, the left implant was also ruptured + the right had gel bleed. The capsules have been sent out for further testing. VIEW NOW
