Dual plane placement of implants
An under muscle implant is always a dual plane implant. The pectoralis muscle is a big triangle. At least 1/2 of the implant sticks out from the edge of that muscle -- it's under muscle for part of it, but about half has no muscle coverage. VIEW NOW
Is a 25cc increase in breast volume noticeable?
Take a shot glass, fill the shot glass halfway, that's 30cc. If you have any kind of breast volume at all, you're not going to be able to see 25cc. We recommend about 50cc between size choices. VIEW NOW

Do I need breast implants or implants and a lift?
Determining if a lift or a lift and augmentation is needed includes the position of your nipple and the amount of breast tissue you have. These also determine the scar you will have and if both procedures can be completed in one surgical event. VIEW NOW

Timing of breast implants and having children.
If you're planning on having kids within the next year, you probably shouldn't do implants. You can do the implants later. If kids are a ways off, get the implants. Implants don't change breastfeeding or anything about the way the breast functions. VIEW NOW
