My fiance is Asian and has little or no breast tissue. She wears a bra that is essentially all foam, as there is no need to wear one. She is very self-conscious about it and wants to have breast implants.I am concerned that with so little natural tissue that it would not look right, and she might be even more self-conscious.Would breast implants look natural on a woman with little or no natural tissue, and if so, how much enhancement could she expect ? She is very thin with very tight skin.
I'm 22, currently 190lbs/5'8. I was obese from 8 y/o to this January. I've lost 85lbs since then, & plan to lose 60 more, which will surely accelerate the issues here. When hanging the skin is noticeably thin, it's all quite sore! Due to the size of ribs/gap, just a lift would look weird imo. The asymmetry is rough too. Overall, I just want breasts that look normal and youthful.
I am so frustrated . I had mastectomy and a tissue expander was placed in my right breast. I was healing very well. After two weeks I went to my PS and unfortunately cause the doctor removed some of the glue that my wound still needs time to heal . I went home and found a hole that is infected and ther Le was discharge showed infection. My breast swelled and was full of fluid. They removed the TE. My skin now is thin and I am crying a lot. Is there a chance to strengthen my skin
I had my breasts augmented three weeks ago yesterday. Pre-op I was measuring a 32A in bra size, after breastfeeding my daughter for six months. I appeared completely deflated and my tissue was very thin. I have an excellent plastic surgeon, and he placed 435cc mod+ silicone implants submuscularly. I have been massaging my implants twice a day since having sutures removed, but I noticed I have a small dent on my left breast, right next to my sternum. Is this rippling & will it go away?
I'm tall and thin (5'8 118#), BFed 4 kids and now a 32A/AA. Chest is thin skinned and bony with slightly hollow profile (mild pectus excavatum). Do NOT want to look huge/fake/disproportionate, but want to be full and see a significant difference. Thought I'd end up in the low 300s but surprise, after using both Vectra and the Mentor Volume Sizing system, 300s too small and 425-450ccs HP looks proportionate and even modest. Size is within 1cm of my 12 base width. But it sounds so large. Opinions?
So I have went to 3 consultations now one has said he wont do a lift with implants as the two surgerys contradict each other and i have bad skin quality... the next said I need a lift with a small implant he could do this he said the implant will hold... and yesterday the surgeon told me have a lift first let it heal then come back for implants... which i can not afford anyway :( am I best just getting a lift on its own only? I realy want to go one size bigger though but would they drop?
I had implant replacement done 02/14/13, from 330cc to 540 ccs saline unders- the skin under the right breast toward the middle of my body by the incision, feels paper paper thin - I can feel the implant - about 2 inches long. I have seen the nurse practioner about 3 times since the surgery - she says they look fine, but agrees with me the skin is paper thin and I am feeling the implant. I will see the doctor April 11th. What can I do in the mean time to toughen up up thicken up the skin.
