Hi. My breast augmentation surgery is in 2.5 weeks. I just bought arnica montana 30c and bromelain 500 mg. Because my surgeon does not endorse nor prevent from taking, I do not have a protocol for dosage and timing. Can you please suggest, for each supplement - how many days before and after surgery, how many times a day and how many pills at a time? Thank you
I am going through BA consults and will be having surgery in May...I have been reading about people suggesting the use of arnica and bromelain. What do they do? Also arnica gel or pills...difference? Thanks!
My brushing is severe specifically on one side. Still very soar. Wearing compression band and developedore brushing from it. Brushing does down my rib cage. I do normally bruise easily, just concerned about CC developing. 1 WK post op showed no main concern but advised to keep taking Arnica, use compression band and start massaging. Please help.
I am 48 years old, in good shape/health and am undergoing a submuscular breast augmentation (Mentor memory gel 350cc) on April 21. I'll be going from a large A/small B cup. Although my surgeon neither prescribed nor prohibited their use, I have read about reduction of bruising and swelling via pre-operative regimens of Arnica Montana tablets as well as Bromelain. What is your recommended regimen, both pre-operatively and post-operatively? I am thinking that such a homeopathic therapy certainly can't interfere with healing, and if it does any good at all, it's worth the small extra expense.
I would like to take Arnica Montana (SinEcch) after my breast augmentation surgery. The anesthesiologist told me not take any vitamins/homeopathic before surgery or for the first 3 days post-op. I am starting at a 34A and getting 250-275 cc round silicone implants. I will have general anesthesia. Not sure if this makes a difference, but I live at high altitude (9000 ft). Is it safe for me to take the SinEcch?
