Can I Have Brazilian Butt Lift and Breast Augmentation Procedures Done At The Same Time?

Every month I have people visit me at my Miami clinic, 4beauty Aesthetics, and ask whether or not it is possible to have multiple surgeries at once. Hypothetically speaking, it is possible, but in some cases it is more difficult than others. Oddly enough, nothing about the procedures themselves prevent them from being performed during the same surgery, but issues may arise post-op.

For instance, I commonly get the request to have both a Brazilian Butt Lift and Breast Augmentation performed at the same time. While these are two completely different parts of the body, they affect each other during surgery. During a Brazilian Butt Lift, the individual is placed on their stomach for the duration of the surgery. All things remaining equal, this isn’t an issue. However, if a Breast Augmentation had been done beforehand, post-op procedure calls for the patient to not put pressure on their chest. If a Breast Augmentation is scheduled for after the Brazilian Butt Lift, complications arise because post-op procedure for the butt lift requires patients avoid putting pressure on their backside.

These are just a few of the reasons that scheduling two procedures for the same surgery may not be advised. To gain a better understanding about what is best for you, I suggest you schedule a consultation with an accredited, board-certified surgeon. They will be able to analyze your body type and dimensions and give you a clear explanation about what safe, realistic goals can be.
