Dr. Richard Brown of Scottsdale did an amazing job. He is truly a master at what he does and I am elated with my outcome although my pics are the day of surgery. I will update with more pics as I heal.

Dr Brown has been fantastic throughout my entire journey! He makes his patients feel comfortable and is so down to earth. Dr Brown gives you realistic expectations, and wants whole results- he makes sure you have the lifestyle in place to keep your results. He doesn’t sell you on procedures. He is honest and fair and wants to make his patients happy. He and his staff have been available to answer questions and concerns every single day. I had a concern at one part of my recovery and he was available at a moment’s notice. He was confident and educated me on the healing process. Dr Brown is one of the doctors that cares about his patient’s results and happiness. He treats them like family and wants the best for you. I expected good care as I’ve heard good things about him but what I received has definitely surpassed my expectations. He has been incredible and I would recommend him to anyone. He changed my life and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. He’s truly an artist and knows his stuff!

Dr. Brown is incredible. He is real, honest, and does amazing work! He, hands down, changed my life. I did my research and Dr. Brown is definitely the #1 place to go! Professional and very attentive at answering questions, honest about the why's and how's. His network also has various procedures that he is happy to give referrals. Humble and absolutely the BEST!!

I am a 32 year old mom of 2. I nursed both babies for a year each. I've always had small but perky boobs so I didn't mind them being small. After nursing, I had lost all volume. I completed weeks of research and finally found Dr. Richard Brown in Scottsdale, AZ. My consultation was booked for late October. I felt extremely supported by Sierra (patient coordinator) and Denise (nurse).These ladies answered any questions I had along the way. Dr. Brown has excellent patient care and answered each and every question I may have had. The day of the surgery, December 10th ent extremely smooth. I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Fox (anesthesiologist) did an excellent job with my pain regimen and I could barely feel anything post surgery on the way home. Dr. Brown has changed my life and I can't wait to see the results once I am healed.I am post op day 1 and still pretty sore and tight. It looks perfect to me!

It has been my experience that word of mouth is the best referral. I am more than pleased that my friend recommended Dr Richard Brown to me for my breast implant removal . I found Dr Brown to not only be knowledgeable , but also patient , informative and attentive to my concerns and my expectations. He truly listens to his patients. I first had breast implants placed in Sacramento, CA., in 1994 when I was 44 years old. I have had them replaced 3 times (by the same surgeon in CA) because of ruptures , always on the right side. The first set, saline, lasted 2 1/2 years. The second set (silicone) lasted 9 ½ years and the set just removed ( silicone) lasted 15 years. Dr Brown found the probable cause of the continued issue of the ruptures , I had a previously broken rib that hadn’t healed properly and no one ever noticed it. The rib was most likely tearing the implants over time. I had raised my concern regarding the reoccurring ruptures with my previous surgeon but he just ignored them. Dr Brown and I discussed my concerns to either just remove the implants or replace them. Because of my history with the ruptures we both concurred that removal was the best thing to do. I am so glad that he is so thorough and found the broken rib and I decided not to replace the implants. There was very little discomfort and I’m so happy with the results so far. I just had surgery a week ago and had my drains removed yesterday. Feeling good!!! I highly recommend Dr Brown and his entire staff... they are incredible.

I called the office and scheduled a surgery date, before my consultation and before my pre-op were even scheduled; put down the deposits and everything! They were like ooookay. I’d been contemplating and researching for YEARS! Talking to all my friends, asking questions on social media, and doing my due diligence on choice of surgeon. I competed in body building for many years, and originally thought I wanted implants to help me in the sport. Turned out, I never needed them to do well, and figured it was for the best NOT to make such a permanent change to my body in state that wasn’t sustainable. Three years later, I felt my body was finally back in homeostasis, and when I knew I STILL wanted boobs, it was time to schedule! I called Dr. Browns office mid February, they were able to schedule me April 5th for surgery and then combined my consultation/pre-op appt on March 18th. It all happened SO fast, but I’m that kinda gal. I do my research and GO! I’m writing this post op day one, and so far, am feeling great! It’s not that I couldn’t use it, but haven’t needed help for anything as of yet. Haven’t needed pain killers, but have been staying on top of the muscle relaxers and am feeling surprisingly mobile. Staying put in my post-op bra as instructed, feeling some crackles in my ribs and chest, no major bloating (yet) and nothing real crazy to note. Will try to post updates as anything changes! Sitting real high and tight for now, so I’m sure the changes in shape will be the most notable thing to update. Super, super happy so far, and highly recommend Dr. Brown! Not only is he an awesome surgeon, but he truly exemplifies the health and wellness lifestyle that I feel EVERY medical provider should preach. ESP a cosmetic surgeon. Whether you’re able to get in with him or not (logistically) he’s definitely worth a follow on social media outlets if you’re contemplating any kind of cosmetic procedure. Updated on 9 Apr 2021: Feeling tight, but no need for pain meds and stopped the muscle relaxers 36 hours post surgery. Implants are still very high and tight, and the belly is definitely feeling the bloat! Super happy so far and can’t wait to watch them take shape! Updated on 12 Apr 2021: No news is good news! Really nothing crazy or exciting to report. I can’t tell if they’re starting drop, or if the swelling is just going away, but they’re definitely changing every day :) Tried on most of my swimsuits and a bunch of sports bras and was pleasantly surprised everything still pretty much fit—obv just a different look than before. I’ve never wanted huge boobs, just some boobs haha. To match the rest of my frame and I really think my surgeon nailed it with sizes he picked in the OR. The purple things in the last photo, sticking out of my PO bra, are nursing ice packs. I got them for $9 on Amazon and they’ve been perfect because they easily cleanable and reusable! Still icing prob 2-3 times a day. Feeling great so far and back to work tomorrow!

Wow!!! Where do I start? When I called Dr. Browns office for the first time I spoke with Cassy the patient coordinator. Her sweet voice and genuine interest in the procedure I was inquiring about made me feel heard for the first time, in my search for plastic surgeons. She took the time to answer all my questions and even shared her personal story with me. During my virtual consultation with Dr. Brown his personable demeanor was easy to connect with. His knowledge, expertise, and recommendations for my procedure blew me away. I knew I had found my Doctor. Next was my pre-operation appointment which exceeded all my expectations, yet again. When I walked into the office I was greeted by their lovely receptionist Dee who was so kind to me. I was able to meet Dr. Brown in person and his assistant Denise who is amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I felt prepared for surgery. The morning of my surgery was no different. I had an incredible team at North Scottsdale outpatient surgical center working to make sure I had minimal pain and my mind was at ease. Just had my post-operation appointment, I couldn't be happier with my results and the continuing care/support I receive from everyone in Dr. Brown's office. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Could not have picked a better team to take me through this journey.

I had my implants for 12 years and was suffering from breast implant illness. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Brown online, thanks to his reviews. I had my surgery in Feb 2019 and have never felt better or been happier, all thanks to Dr. Ricky. Dr. Brown is an amazing surgeon (the very best) and on top of that he is an all around great guy. He is one of the most positive people I've ever met. He is honest, caring and spends plenty of time making sure all of your questions are answered. He has done an awesome job of hiring wonderful staff who truly reflect his same positivity. I just can't say enough about him and his staff, they are all amazing! They make you feel like family from the very first consultation. I'm beyond happy with my results. I think my breasts look better than they did before surgery. If you are looking for an experienced, gifted, confident surgeon who will provide outstanding results and make you feel like family in the process this is your doctor!

Beyond grateful for having met Dr. Brown. I completely trust him, his incredible staff and his work. I flew across the country for my procedure JUST for Dr. Brown and that speaks volumes!!! The absolute best!
