In southern California, we have some of the most experienced and gifted plastic surgeons in the world. Even given the pool of local talent & expertise, Dr. Cohen rises to the top! From the moment I entered his practice, I was at ease. He, along with his office staff, Jamie, and Nurse Alana are wonderful. I never had a moment of hesitation about my choice to have Dr. Cohen do my surgery. Dr. Cohen did a deep plane lower face lift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty and Co2 laser resurfacing.. I’m 56 years old and 15 weeks post op. I am thrilled with my results. My family, friends and colleagues are amazed. The whole experience, from the anesthesiologist, Dr. Cohen’s surgical suite, and the immediate post op care from Nurse Alana and Jamie was incredible. The minimal pain—more like discomfort—only lasted for a few days. I am in awe of his skills. Do not hesitate to book a consultation with Dr. Cohen. You will not regret it. I started researching for BA and solutions for my C-Section muffin top in 2020, but my youngest was a bit too young for me to start, plus...... Covid. So I waited until I could be sure my youngest could climb in and out of her carseat before proceeding. During this time I did research and interviewed a handful of docs. Dr. Cohen was the best. He was friendly and not creepy, involved his female staff a lot so it wasn't too weird, and I could tell the way he got along with his staff that he was a cool, collegial dude and yet very professional. I didn't feel like he pressured me to do more than I wanted and he was honest with what I should expect for what I did, which was BA and mini-tummy tuck (incl lipo). He mentioned to wait on my nipple inversion issue as BA may fix, and it did! He did his best to minimize scarring and kept the abdominal incision as small as possible, smaller than I expected, not much bigger than my C-section scar. Whenever I had questions afterwards, him and his staff made themselves very available to help and were always happy to invite me in if I felt I needed it, or even just send pics of anything concerning. Overall I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and his team!

Who does that???? Navigating through the quote process and scheduling was a breeze, thanks to Dr. Cohen's amazing STAR team. Jamie and Alana are superstars (and .... look like movie stars! Welcome to LA, right?). They treated me like a VIP and responded to every single one of my 10,000 text messages with grace and speed nobody expects anymore. And of course, I would be remiss if I did not mention the other Dr. Cohen – the anesthesiologist. Despite his fabulous dad jokes (seriously, he should publish a book), he was incredible at his job. Thanks to him, I felt nothing during surgery and recovered from anesthesia easily and quickly – the most stressful part of any procedure. Despite traveling from the East Coast 2 days before, my first procedure – a breast reduction – went off without a hitch. I went from "E for excessive" to a small "C for can't-believe-it". The results were immediate, and the recovery was surprisingly smooth. Even when I jetted off overseas just weeks later, Dr. Cohen and his team remained a constant source of support, providing real-time guidance and reassurance from 8,000 miles away. Fast forward six months, and I found myself back in LA for lipedema surgery. The night before, LA was hit by a storm, leaving Dr. Cohen and his team without power. Yet, their dedication never wavered – they were in constant communication, ensuring everything went smoothly on the big day. And here I am, just two weeks post-surgery, feeling like a brand-new person. Dr. Cohen's expertise, coupled with the unwavering support of his team, has truly transformed my life. I can't recommend Dr. Cohen and his team highly enough – they're not just skilled professionals; they're compassionate advocates who prioritize their patients' well-being above all else. Only 2.5 weeks (2/23) after the procedure, still quite swollen, but amazing difference already. Please knee pain is gone.

Dr. Cohen is amazing and absolutely knowledgeable! Out of all the surgeons that I’ve visited, he was the best! A special shout out to Jamie who was always very quick to answer all of my questions and Jill who was and is always very accommodating!! Can’t forget Alana and Sandra who were so very attentive to my needs during surgery! I would highly recommend Dr. Cohen and his staff !!!!… if I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

I had my silicon implants removed by Dr. Cohen 6 months ago due to multiple symptoms I had been experiencing. Best decision ever!!! I'm so happy I went with Dr. Cohen because the process was flawless. His expertise and personable staff made me feel secure and know that I was in good hands. Dr. Cohen cares about his patients, explaining ever step of what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. He answered all my questions during the consultation and made me feel very comfortable. I'm six months post-op and feel amazing. Dr. Cohen and his staff are wonderful! The team is personable, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated most, the insight on recovery and tips to manage any unforeseen challenges. After reading countless articles and watching a number of videos, I expected pain post-TT. It was very minimal and almost nonexistent. Dr. Cohen is skilled, meticulous and has outstanding bedside manner as well. I highly recommend him!

When I had a suspicious lesion on my face my wife said I needed to see a surgeon who she trusted to do a great job in closing it. She is a retired O.R nurse and has had the opportunity to work with some great surgeons. She chose Dr Cohen to remove the lesions from my face. I live in Nevada so we drove 6 hours to see him. I was glad I did. Dr Cohen made the procedure easy and truly painless. After examining me he found a couple more lesions that needed to come off. His staff was very kind and helpful to us. Dr Cohen did a chemical peel on my wife while we were there and she’s thrilled with the results. If I ever need anything else done, you bet I’d make the 6 hour drive again to see Dr Cohen. He has top notch surgical skills only surpassed by his compassion with his patients.

I am soon to be 55 years old and have been thinking about having a breast reduction for over 20 years. I have met with numerous doctors over the years and quite frankly it just didn't feel like the right fit. Most of them suggested a free nipple graft as well and that was something I just didn't want to do. Dr. Cohen really made me feel comfortable and the lovely ladies in the office were completely supportive and always available to answer any questions and to help me feel at ease, above and beyond really. My results are just unbelievable, I went from a 42H to a 38-40D with really perky and firm breasts, I did choose to go with the Galaflex internal bra which helps tremendously. I wish I would have done this sooner, I feel so much lighter and more at ease socially, this surgery made such a wonderful and positive change in my life. Very happy with my results just 7 days post-op! Dr. Cohen and his fantastic staff made the entire process from consultation day to surgery day a breeze. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel at ease with any worry that I had. I chose to get a lift with implants because I was very unhappy with how my breasts looked after pregnancy and breastfeeding. Prior to pregnancy, my breasts were perky and large. After breastfeeding, my breasts deflated and started to sag significantly. I came into Dr. Cohens office with photos of my old self to show him what I wanted my breasts to look like again. I think he really understood what I wanted and he nailed the outcome!
