Im not sure why drs are not taking a stand on ulthera being preformed by very poorly trained people, if this machine can be only purchased by a Dr and is a surgical machine class 3-4 from what i understand, why is it in medispa's which i might be a idiot that prior to experencing adverse affects did not know the power of this treatment!!
I am seriously considering on getting Ultherapy soon; full face and neck. I have read on Realself that some women said they had loss/melting of fat which aged their face dramatically. Also, some complaints of sagging and rippling of skin. I am having a Board Certified doctor do my treatment. I had a facelift 3 yrs ago with a revision 2 months later. Will I see an improvement in the rippling under my chin, and, will I see the skin on my chin get tighter? Thank you for your input.
I got a lot of laser that caused my muscle to be a bit more atrophy and wasting. Does ultherapy work on muscle layer? Can it help with people with muscle atrophy ? Sorry for quite a lot of questions so far. I'll have an ulthera next week but wonder about this.
Having recently had Ulthera, and noticing some minor irregular skin changes (part of normal healing or early signs of adverse effects??) it makes me nervous. Such as could Ulthera later be proven to be damaging, like early Thermage? To allay my fears, I'd love it if MD could explain what it is, how soon or long after a procedure one would notice a change, what a person would notice superficially, how a dx is made, and is the condition permenant? Can you gain/regain facial fat (like thighs)?
