I'd lost weight from exercising and healthy...
I'd lost weight from exercising and healthy eating, my natural E/F cup which were slightly saggy anyway went down to a very saggy c/d. Decided to take the plunge and went to the hospital group at Dolan park (uk) was quotes for uplift and small implant to take me back to a 34 E it would cost £5,500 if I booked a late space appointment (within 2 weeks) uses my savings and then arranged a loan with my parents to cover rest. Went in for post op check to be weighed blood pressure etc was waiting around for 40 mins as nurse was running behind.
Day if op I was very nervous, worrying If I wouldn't wake up from anaesthetic the usual. Was take in and shown into my own private room told I was due down at 11, dr came in drew on me answered my questions (operation length etc) then nurse came in wheeled me down, operating staff very nice. Came round very disorientated asking for a cuddle! Ha ha ha, looked down my chest was huge (see pics) mum and boyfriend came to visit (overnight stay but visiting until 9pm) after a few hours my arm started going numb & right side swelling got bad (see pic 2) then surgeon was passing, I mentioned it to him he pressed lightly on chest! I have never felt pain like it and I've given birth! I was crying and before I knew what was happening I was been wheeled back to emergency theatre everyone talking at me asking questions, as is eaten they squeezed my throat shut and put breathing tube down so I didn't gag against it. As a result my throat was almost swollen shut my larynx inflamed so for a week after when I swallowed I was sick so keeping pain killers down was almost impossible. They told my boyfriend I'd be under for 20/30 mins, 1.45 hours later he was our his mind worried and they wheeled me back. They're opened me up drained blood fixed problem replaced implant and stitched me back up. It was 11pm but they'd let him stay later as he was worried and I was freaking out going down. Came to in agony in middle if night needing a wee, the night nurse was horrible, huffing and puffing when I asked for help to toilet and had to change my fluid bag (I told the day nurse on her!) was allowed home the next night, the only pain relief u was given was over the counter strength stuff. I was in agony and as I was being sick from throat they weren't staying down anyway! In end I was taken back to hospital 3 days later and kept in for the day given pain injection the better pain relief and antibiotics for my throat, the nurse was fab thank god because I was in do much pain I looked grey, it took 2 1/2 weeks before i had enough movement to drive again, It's only now 4 weeks on that I'm only just starting not to regret it. My scars are really bad, lots of creasing and puckering I'm praying they settle down and vanish but ive been told as i purchased after care they will review them (fix them) if I'm not happy but that's another big op again. I honestly believe that with his experience my scars should be a lot lot neater which I will be mentioning in my review with him in 8 weeks

Overall I'd recommend Renato, he is very honest and quite blunt so if you're a sensitive soul prepare yourself, I went into my consult wanting an f cup. He told me point blank "you have bad saggy skin if I put a big implant in you will just have saggy boobs again in 3 years, I won't do it!" At the hospital group in Dolan park (bromsgrove, midlands) he does most of the staffs boob jobs so comes highly recommended, the majority of the nurses (accept a couple if the night nurses who were horrible) are fab, really caring, the hospital group own the hospitals so that's why I choose them. I did have problems so it was good because I could just pop in (as I did)
