2 months already : )
Hello girls, I just wanted to share my second month experience with you since my revision surgery. Just a reminder I have had a revision surgery due to bottoming out and lateral displacement in my right breast. In my first surgery I had 304 cc moderate and in my second I had 415 cc HP. So far, everything is great and pretty much the same. I'm very happy with the results. I have done some upperbody workouts, but nothing using my pectorals. Good luck to everybody out there.
Update time! One month update
Hello girls, it has been a month and so since my revision surgery and I'm very happy that everything it's going well so far : ) I can sleep on my side now, much better. Stitches are gone. No pain, although i can feel uncomfortable with some upperbody moves. So, I'm still not working out my upperbody and I will wait at least one more month. The revision surgery was pricy, but worth it. High profile is definately the way to go. As always, I wish everyone the best in their outcomes.
Hello girls, here is my day 11 update.
I feel super good, I am actually scared cause sometimes I find my self lifting or pushing or pulling something and because it doesn't hurt slips my mind that I shouldn't do it. Well, my surgeon gave me the ok to work out again, as long as it doesn't hurt, but to be honest I dont want to jeopardize the outcome at all. I'm a very very active person, I'm that kind of person that works out almost everyday, but i have decided to do not work out upper body for at least 2-3 months. I want my new girls to keep looking good for a long long time, so no weight lifting, or push ups or burpees, no swimmimg, no running , for the bouncing up and down for a while. I can still hike, bike and do other lower body stuff. Anyway, enough with my excersice lecture. I will see you next time. I am leaving new pics. Thanks to all and good luck : )
