I have chronic back problems and my specialist had told me to lose weight or face life in a wheelchair, so I had a lap band procedure, I lost 38kg, and had lots of saggy skin, after losing the weight - my body looked worse than when I was carrying the fat. I had my initial consultation, which was embarrassing having to show off my rolls, but so exciting to be told that something could be done to help me.
