It had been well over 8 years that I hadn't been able to breathe out of one side of my nose and he was able to fix it. He is unlike any other surgeon I have met. He made me feel comfortable and taken care of which was so important. I was so sick of consulting with pompous surgeons who told me what they were gonna do to my own face- Dr. Westreich takes the time to listen and is very reasonable as far as results and expectations- not to mention incredibly thorough. He examined the ins and outs of my nose, that was a first for any of my consultations, which I LOVED. I had a rather crazy medical history as far as sinus surgeries, he didn't dismiss that and really took into consideration all the details that go into a Rhinoplasty with nasal septal work.
Dr. Westreich made sure to go over every little detail of my surgical procedure before, as well as the day of surgery before I was put under anesthesia...I had my post op appointment today and after seeing my nose when the cast came off, I couldn't be happier with my decision, he is so incredibly skilled and my results are better than I could have pictured them to be.
It's also worth mentioning that his staff is SO helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to contact my insurance company and get everything I needed for the day of my surgery. They made me feel so comfortable about contacting them about any concerns or questions, and just made life so much easier for me.

Truly one of a kind facial plastic surgeon and ENT. Dr. Westreich exceeded every expectation I had when it came to my rhinoplasty-- he went above and beyond to make things functional as well as aesthetically beautiful. Dr. Westreich makes his patients feel comfortable because he is so knowledgable and a GREAT listener. He cares about what his patients want and can offer realistic expectations and results. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. I couldn't breathe out of one side, my nose had been fractured, I had a collapsed nasal wall, and my nose was already naturally on the large side--and after all the damage it had endured it was super crooked. Dr. Westreich was able to straighten my nose, and made it look more balanced on my face through rhinoplasty, and open my nasal airways. He exceeds any Surgeon/ENT I have ever seen. He is an amazing surgeon and his results are tailored to each person individually. LOVE my new nose, oh, and I can breathe! All thanks to Dr. Westreich.
