38 Yrs Old, Breast Implant Revision from Saline to Silicone. Las Vegas, NV

I'm 38 years old with a 4 year old son whom I breast fed for approx. 2 months I had my first breast augmentation in 2007 with a different Dr. and at the time I didn't want big fake crazy boobs. So I went above the muscle 440/445cc saline. I became unhappy with them after having a child and breast feeding because my breast were saggy, I lost a lot of breast tissue after pregnancy and the implant was small for my frame, hard and they only looked good when I had a bra on. When I would lay down with no bra my breast would fall to the side by my arms and you could see the implant move around and stick out. I had a very large space in the middle as well along with rippling due to the lack of breast tissue. I had a my surgery with Dr. Richards May 04, 2015 and we decided to do a revision with 650cc silicone implants. He recommended a lift as well, but I opted out of that because I did not want the scars. I am approx. 3 weeks post and I like the size. I was afraid they were going to look gigantic but they don't. I'm debating on doing a lift once I see how these settle. Dr. Richards did a phenomenal job getting the proper size implant for my size and filling in the large gap between my breasts. I am happy with them so far!
