Best experience ever! From the first phone call to the follow up. Excellent service and care. When I called they got me in quickly, the receptionist was clear and to the point. I understood what procedure I was having and exactly how much it would cost. No red tape, no overselling. The day of my procedure I arrived, no wait time whatsoever but, I could tell the office was busy with what looked like very happy patients. The Staff was friendly and extremely kind and completely explained my procedure from beginning to end. Then Dr. J came in and began the procedure, I was actually surprised because most offices I’d been too the nurse is usually doing the procedure and you’re lucky if you get to even meet the Doctor. He was amazing! His energy was great and his work was unbelievably beautiful! Also, I had little to no pain afterwards. I highly recommend Dr.J and his staff, I’ve been to many Cosmetic Practices and I have never had such a great experience with such wonderful results .
