Had a septorhinoplasty done over 8 weeks ago and I am so far very happy. Doctor Grigoryants has fixed my septum to open airways, removed hump and reduced the tip. It was invasive and I had plenty of bruising (I bruise easily), and still have lots of swelling at 8 weeks but my result is great. The overall effect is very natural and gives my face much more subtle expression. The best thing is that though I had significant amount of work done not even one person at my work noticed it! That I believe is a sign of good rhinoplasty, you look better but noone can pinpoint of what was done:) The best thing is my improved breathing which was impaired due to deviated septum for my whole life. I have noticed it right away after I came out from surgery though I had all the packing in the nose and post trauma I could finally feel how it is to breath freely through the both nostrils (before surgery my right nostril was blocked for 34 years). That has just blown my mind away and made me so happy that I didn't even care how I look like. Regarding aesthetic result it is so nice, natural and subtle. I still have some unevenly swollen parts, stiff tip and when you look very closely hemosiderin residue after bruising in undereye area (which takes months to resolve but I cover it with concealer) but it is a common knowledge that these things take long time in rhinoplasty to heal completely so you need to be patient and realistic. Doctor and staff in a hospital were great. I was the first patient that day so I arrived at 6 am, surgery started somewhere between 7:30-8, took 2 h to operate and was discharged a little after 11 am. Doctor is humble, direct, has very good eye and will be able to advise you on what will look good on you and what is realistic so I trusted him with how to proceed. However some things are optional depending on your preferences e.g. I mentioned to him that I don't want any external scars so though I could I decided not to make my nostrils smaller, I also requested very little slope. I am very happy I decided to do it and Grigoryants was worth to wait for over 8 months. He is also great with writing emails back especially when you have questions after the surgery. His staff is efficient and professional (including pharmacy that they are recommending, go there as Susanna the pharmacist is amazing and knows exactly what post-op package you will need:). Highly recommended.

Great doctor, yes he is busy and wait time can be even 8 months (like in my case) but he is a good in what he is doing so obviously he is in a high demand so it is worth waiting. Very down to earth and super efficient in writing back emails especially when you are after the procedure! He is not into a small talk and kind of 'directly to the point, honest' doctor which is good because it means he is professional and focuses on what is the most important. His work is excellent and you will get very natural looking result.
