Revision coming. Need serious advice - Dr. Ion?

I regret surgery each day. I have never ever been so obsessed with my nose than these last years after the procedure. Had breathing problems, and idea of smaller nose made me rush into decision of surgery. Poor communication with surgeon by just telling him to make my nose smaller. He didn't ask anything more and I thought he knew the best. Wish I found this site before.
But doing research these days. Have to go through revision.

My biggest concerns now are: visible bone edge (right) making front look crooked. And dorsum shaved too much. Even though I wish my tip was not lifted much I have to leave it (nose too short)..but again too much risk.

I have consulated few other surgeons for second opinion, and even Dr. Ion who seems to be the best doc, really knowledgeable. He calmed me really down. He told me that my nose was not botched and that primary surgeon had followed the regular procedures. And that sometimes these negative changes during healing might happen.
He suggested to put cartilage grafting for dorsum and make front bone straight.

I have all the time blamed my primary surgeon for not communicating well and listen to what I wanted, and made me look worse.
But after what Dr. Ion said I am a bit eased.
Now I have to decide what exactly should be done. I even forgot if Dr. Ion mentioned to carry osteotomies or not.

Sometimes I even think If the issue is not that big, I might give my primary surgeon a chance to correct the problem (as he was willing to do so for free, but I was afraid that he might not be good for revision).

I am so afraid of going through this that would appreciate your support and advice! Is there anyone out there who had similar issue, and did go for osteotomies or rasping the bone? I was thinking that rasping might not solve the issue of crooked nose? And what is best graft for think skin to make dorsum straight?

Any advice please please...

Visible bone edge, after 1 year

I am still not satisfied with the results after one year. I was initially, before rhino, with my frontal view, but not anymore. Missing smooth and straight view.
As you see in the picture, I have bone edges visible, making front look wide and deviated.
Might have a revision in future:-(
The surgeon says he can rasp the bone. He also told that the bones at bridge was not fully attached, making that space in between( roof;not much but I miss a triangle shape that I had). Now the upper part of nose is flate and wide.

Please help; anyone experienced bone edge? Solution?
I thought the bones always was attached together but am I wrong? The reason for not doing in my case, I was told, was that my nostrils would look wide. So surgeon left them with little space.

I will appreciate your response. Help.
