I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Rios but I don't...
I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Rios but I don't think adequate attention was paid to what I wanted. A rhinoplasty is a delicate procedure obviously because it can greatly affect the overall balance of your face. While there is a very subtle difference in my new nose, it is still too big and the the main problem I wanted fixed was not and is more pronounced, if not worse. At a follow up w/him he made it clear anything i wanted repaired or improved would be another surgery and fee. I don't understand why I would need to go through another surgery and more over pay again for what I wanted in the first place. I know Dr. Rios does many BA's, has outstanding credentials and good overall reviews which is why I chose him whole heartedly. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my results/experience and wish I could be one of those great reviews for him.
