i lost 80lb just by going to the gym sept 7 2011 marks the 2 year start day. I am at a standstill or should i say i work out daily but have reached my plateau, i am happy with my size just not my shape so i am going to have the body lift, i am a healthy, active 28 thick female and does not want children and i am my own boss so i can afford to take as much time off as needed. any suggestions?

it is now 36 days until pre op and i had a horrible dream that my doc. screwed me up and i was so embarrassed , lol though i know this WILL not be the case, i just got nervous because i am reading so many different stories on here! it is just my mind playing tricks on me while i am asleep because when i am awake that does not happen. But I thank God for this site because i literally spend atleast 90 mins on here a day, it will never get old , it is now a part of my daily routine to log on and read all about it !!!!

two weeks pre-op , and im so ready for this challenge that i WILL come out as a winner. it may sound a lil crazy but im anxious for the after feeling , lol i can not wait to see what the feeling is going to be like the day after !!!! i have a high tolerance for pain so its really no worries, the biggest fear is keeping it from getting infected and healing properly,everything else is in the bag.

no burning or stinging in lipl areas. i am at a house for aftercare and everyone else has burning i am ok , and very pleased to say so , just cant wait to see what i look like

6 weeks in and i feel god, on my two week mark i started standing up straight and working . my sleeping pattern is weird but other then that i am in full speed ahead!
one thing i can say is that at first i ran to the hospital twice in one week during my second week because i had that fluid wave , a seroma,but i was told i was still fresh out of surgery and it was too soon to say if it would be a problem or not. but 4 weeks later i am happy to say that my body reabsorbed the fluid that was there i just had to be patient . I will resume working out jan 1 i can not wait! i look good and i will post pics after my two month mark

mr dr name is maunuel espaillat am staying there for 10 days ,its long being away from my daughter , the nurse told me if i feel beter afetr a couple of days i can go to a hotel, but what iam reading its besti stay ther e lol

Ok there is no nurse there is only a lady that cooks n cleans n she will help u if u ask her but if u Dnt know Spanish then I suggest u being a translator but in my house it was a computer so I used that for translation .also ask your Dr I'd you can stay at jauna taveras house tel number is 8086101042

Missdeevah oi don't know which rec0overu home it it lol. Well I don't know the name. It connected to the dr. Its 120 dollars per day incl 24hrs nurse and three meels. Pick by the airport n drop off by the clinic for visits.

Did u purchase your tickets already if not I suggest u purchase one to go and one for after u feel better .also your drains will come out faster I'd u Dnt drink a lot of fluids. The less fluid u drink the faster the drain will come out and the faster u can go home bcuz after the drain is out u really can go home

Also please Dnt purchase ya ticket home until u get there becuase some ppl Dnt need to stay ten days .that was the mistake I made wen I first went but the second time I purchased it after I got there . I was there at the recovery house for three days I didnt need any more but depending on your surgery and recovery will determine when u leave but even wit a tt lipo n breast ten days was alot

I ment to say my main photo is my tt results one month after and my boobs will b posted soon really soon. What house are u staying in i can recomend the best one to u if u need that info. Its not to late to make changes I want u to b as comfortable as possible n who better to tell u then a realself team member who has been to dom.rep.

i cant wait either becuase i am fatter then before lol ....im huge none of m y clothes fit but hopefully i will go down within a week or two

swelling is going down very well , i never had doubts about me being happy i just wanted the swelling to hurry up n be gone but i am almost where i need to be , yessssss!!!

HELLO ALL I ACTUALLY WENT IN A DAY EARLY SO I AM NOW 2 DAYS POST OP , I AM IN NO PAIN JUST ALOT OF PRESSURE THIS IS GOING TO BE A BREEZE . ONLY THING THAT I DO NOT LIKE IS MY GARMENT BECAUSE ITA ANNOYING WHEN ITS TIME TO GOTO THE BATHROOM
