I wanted to correct a previous Rhinoplasty procedure performed in the United States at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. I decided to go to the Cosmed Clinic of Tijuana Mexico because my research revealed the clinic had excellent Plastic Surgeons on their staff. The clinic was spotless, beautiful and very contemporary. The location of the clinic was very convenient, about 20 minutes from the border in a very nice neighborhood. Every clinic staff member was professional and courteous. Additionally, they provide a recovery clinic/hotel in the same building with a 24 hour nursing staff. The recovery center nursing staff and facilities were excellent and the food was exceptional. If you are considering plastic surgery in Tijuana Mexico, I believe you should strongly consider Dr. Castaneda at the Cosmed Clinic of Tijuana, Mexico.

I needed corrective surgery for a previous Rhinoplasty I received at the San Diego Naval Medical Center. The corrective Rhinoplasty procedure was performed by Dr. Carlos Castaneda at the Cosmed Clinic located in Tijuana, Mexico. Dr. Castaneda made me feel at ease by explaining in detail all the pros and cons of the surgical procedure. Dr. Castaneda flawlessly perform my Rhinoplasty procedure and he provided excellent follow up care and consultation. He is a superb plastic surgeon with superior medical skills. In addition to his superb medical skills, Dr. Castaneda and his staff provided great customer service. Everyone on his staff was professional and courteous.
