I told my doctor that I did not want to get extra scarring with a lift he said the only way to do so was by getting bigger size breast implants. Now its only been a year and they are starting to look very saggy and unattractive. Please if you can provide any advice as far as the suitable options for my next surgery.
I really would like a size that matches with my figure. Now I feel as though I've done more harm than good. I am considering removing the implants and getting a natural lift (no implants) or silicone implants with a breast lift at a 34 C.
