I originally had saline implants when I was 19...
I originally had saline implants when I was 19 years old, after bodybuilding I notice my implants had completely shifted and looked flattened out. After seeing around 7 doctors (yes, 7!) once meeting with Dr. Altman I knew right away he was the one that was going to do my surgery. We decided on 700cc Silicone and also needed to do a Bilateral Capsulotomy to make my breasts centered again. The procedure lasted a little over 2 hours and when I woke up I was in literally no pain! I was up and walking around the same day and on a scale of 1-10 my pain was no more than a 5 the entire recovery period. The entire staff at the Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami is absolutely amazing and they make you feel like family. I keep telling everyone that compared to my first time getting my breast augmentation at STRAX Rejuvenation, I felt like I went to butcher shop compared to Dr. Altman and his staff.
