I was referred to this office by a friend of mine who had a "boob job" by Dr. Heck. I will be meeting with Dr. Wakelin on Feb. 19th and I'm so nervous!!! Have any of you had a nose job done by him? When was it? Are you happy with the results? I am hoping to look natural, but better/improved with minimum to no scarring.

Today, I decided to move my consult up and now will be heading up to C-Bus to meet with Dr. Wakelin on January 29th, 2012. I have been asking a ton of questions, heavy research, and really thinking about the whole thing. I'm not looking for perfection, but improvement. I know there are people who will complain, but I wonder if they are nit-picky. I have other docs lined up to meet with if I get that "vibe" from him in two weeks that he's not for me. I will keep you informed! :)

Here's a list of questions to ask your prospective surgeon. And don't be afraid to go on a few consults with different surgeons. This is your most important decision in this journey.

It had been broken when I was younger and doesn't look right. Plus, I can't breath out of one nostril, have constant sinus issues, and scar tissue. I figured, while getting the health aspects taken care of, I might as well take care of the physical look part of it as well. I have played around with the idea of surgery since about 1993. I have been researching doctors for over 15 years, but back out due to fear. I am now 34, and it is time to do something.
