My implants looked great in a top but w/o a bra they looked like they pointed down because the implant was placed too high.
Dr. Mills did my implant exchange several years ago and I am constantly told that I have "perfect breasts!! My implants done previously by someone else were too high and looked un-natural, he not only corrected the placement of my new silicone implants but also took the time to educate me and gave me direction/suggestions to get the result I was looking for. I couldn't be happier!!!!
