Left boob stretching to the side again
So I had this revision surgery to go bigger + fix lateral displacement. Doctor put sutures in and healing went great.
However now 1.5 yrs after Ive noticed the falling out to the armpit of my left breast is back. Especially when I lay down or recline position. Is it really just my anatomy or has anyone had this fixed permanently?

6 months - bikini
I think they don’t look flattering in a bikini. It screams “fake” to me and Im going after a “keep em guessing” look. Nobody would ever think they are real naked too.
I wonder if it’s just because of the size? 500hp. I only went up 175cc, my previous ones at 325cc look completely natural that everyone thought they were real.
Is it just because of the size? Or is there a technique to the shape as well? I’m not feeling the top shelf look, they don’t hang like real boobs. They are shaped like footballs rather than round. The shape is oval footballs. They dont have that slope or hang.
