So here it is, my first fat injection session....i have to say it made a lot of difference. my breast in round where i previously had a dent...I also added a little on the top of my right breast to make it look fuller...The theory is... only 30% of the fat will remain, but then stem cells will do their magic... I'm happy with the results. it"s true i wanted to fix the problem instead of hiding it, but seeing a normal shaped breast after all this time was satisfying

i forgot to mention: implants are placed under the muscle through inframamary incision. looking at the pictures, it may seem like a capsular contracture. but that is not the case unless one can get it automatically after surgery... the picture to the right is how my breast looked directly after surgery was over and that's how it still is 1 year later. the doctor had an attempt of "fixing" the scar and i was told to give it time and massage for it to to loosen up and for the implant to drop!

I had my first operation in 2003. Breast augmentation. (gel cohesive; medium profile; 330cc; xs mentor. Korean)
7 months later, a lump formed on my left breast's scar and i showed it to the doctor who advised to wait. A few days later, it transformed into a hole leaking "water like" liquid. the doctor said it was infected and had to remove my left breast implant temporarily.

6 months later, he put an implant back again, a little higher so that he wouldn't pressure the scar saying that with time, it will drop.
Few months later, the area around my scar became stiff, the inner tissue thickened and my breast started pushing upwards leaving a "dent" at the bottom of my breast.

During the couple years that followed, another Dr. tried fixing this problem. he pulled the implant downwards and cleaned the excess tissue formed underneath the scar. it all seemed fine at first. A few months later, the dent reappeared. he injected a liquid that was supposed to inflate the depressed area, it didn't work.
So, he operated again just around the scar to loosen it up. A while later i was faced with the same problem but the tissue seemed softer and the doctor said with time and massage, the implant will take its right place and if you're not patient i can re-inject you with the "inflatable material" since the scar is not as stiff as it was the first time we did it, it would work. I said i'll wait. the truth is my breast deformation seemed stable and i had given up.

Around 4 years have passed, i noticed some changes lately. The dent is more visible, my breast seeeds compressed and harder, it was pushing upwards again.
I went to yet another doctor, I did a mammography and it turned out that there was a whole in the implant. most probably done with the needle when i was being injected for my indented scar. so i went to the operation room again and replaced both my breasts with cereform anatomical shaped implants. Looking at the pictures...my breasts are no different than before entering the operation room except the implant is not leeking. no one is being able to fix my scar.

Before the operation, i was suffering from a small breast complex, all i did was shift my suffering to a deformed breast complex for almost 8 years now.
I'm tired of going through failed operations. I'm afraid of repeating the processes to find myself faced with the same results again, and the sad thing is that even though i grew afraid of my breast implants, and the side effects of this operation, i don't see myself removing them permanently.
