I selected a very famous, well-known doctor who claims to be an expert in ethnic procedures. I did visit many doctors from Orange County to Beverly Hills, and I ended up using the one that was the best sales man with a pushy staff of sales people. My recommendation #1: If you go to an office which has someone besides the doctor telling you the cost and about the procedure, walk out fast... If the doctor is to busy to speak to you, then he will be too busy to give you proper attention during the surgery too
My surgery and recovery before waking up did not go well. I was rushed and I was in bad shape bleeding badly. I ended up hiring a private caring company which charged me $1,500 per day and i stayed for I belie 2-3 days...
My nose: I have thick skin with big nostrols... The doctor put incisions in both my nostrols and he pulled down the size of my nose skins. He brought the middle part down a little too. Results: my nose looks as if I am mentally challenged and looks actually bigger. My nose tip also has fallen.... My nose looks awful.... I did express my feelings to the doctor. After 3 months, then 6 months, then maybe one year, his staff would also look at me and say, yes you need to speak to Dr... He ended up having me sign something to not defame his name and gave me some money back. It still ended up costing me about $10,000..... I have many friends and some family members who got their nose jobs done for $3,500-$5,500... I'm looking to do a revision and pay much less. I'm an IDIOT for not checking with friends and family before this. I put myself in a financial bind also doing this... I just didn't want people to know.... I am NOT looking or interested in a doctors status on TV, in Beverly Hills, or in Hollywood. I don't care they are a speaker etc... I just want a straight forward, experience, caring, and non-money hungry doctor. BTW: I contacted another Beverly Hills office which is advertising Rhinoplasty specials for $3,495. After contacting them, they forget to tell you unless you ask that this does not include the other doctor who puts you to sleep, the room, and other charges... They also demand a $250 consultation which they say can go toward you operation if you chose them... Be AWARE, if any doctor makes you to pay for consultation, run run away .... far away.... I can stress more, if the doctor has some educated, smiling, sales person asking you to sit in there office, offering you water or a drink and then selling you the operation, DO NOT DO IT. They also give you urgencies, such as an opening has come so we can give you a confidential discount of XYZ... Do not rush your decision and do not support a sales office... If any doctors in Southern California an help me, feel free to contact me. I would like to a procedure done during this holiday vacation coming.

They rushed me to operate in 2 days, rushed me out the operating room, I need after care, tip of my nose fell, and the structure of my nose looks horrible... Never gong with well known famous doctors... especially never make your decision on who is on TV shows etc....
